The hotel is a bit overpriced. The rooms need nany upgrades for charging electronic devices, the wifi is slow and unreliable, and at this price competitors offer a free breakfast.

The only and terrible problem are the old equipments of air conditioning , I WAS NOT ABLE TO SLEEP, they make a lot of noise.
I asked if all the rooms had the same equipments and they said YES… 😔

Overall the facility was ok: clean and comfortable and good location for our needs. There were only 2 functioning electrical outlets in the room. A/C worked that was a good thing given the hot/humid weather in Tampico.
Breakfast was included, but service at the restaurant was not good: very slow and staff was not very attentive 1/2 the time.
Front service staff was friendly and attentive, most of the time.

This is not the standard of a Fiesta Inn
It was sub par
It was by far very below the Fiesta Inn quality that I have experienced in other cities
The furnishings had rips and tears in them
The air conditioning unit was broke
It was basically a dump
I was really surprised at how poor the condition of the property

Little disappointed with hotel first they gave me a king bed room had to go back to front desk because I deserved a deluxe king suit then was told the room was not ready till four, I prepaid so I waited for it the room was very nice with a separate living room how ever the bed was very hard like sleeping on the floor since the reason I go to a hotel is to sleep I do not think I would return to this one if you like hard beds this is one for you
