The room was cost effective and not all cost effective hotels are worth the money you save. This hotel was worth the price. It was clean and comfortable. The location was great.

Professional, curtious, respectful and competent! She actually made the stay excellent. She acknowledged everyone w/ upmost respect and was helpful and knowledgeable!!!!

Check in for the first time was a bit problematic. I have never had this problem w hotels.com. i had all the hotels.com check in confirmations but the hotel did not! I took a bit of digging by the on site front desk person to resolve what i would call an integration issue with you and the properties IT systems...

We stayed here for one night during the snow storm. Our host Sharmane was absolutely magnificent. She made the check in process so easy and even came up to our room to help us get the TV to work. Thank you so much for the hospitality. The rooms are very clean and the parking was right outside our window which was a plus. The neighborhood was so quite and even though the rooms are inside the hallways remained pretty quiet.

Outdated decor but clean and not too small. Were on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator which would have been nice to know about before booking - lugging stuff up and down the stairs was not great.

Room tv didn’t work and had multiple issue with the room key.

The stay was very average. Property is two floors - no lift. Breakfast (included) was in the main lobby area - only three tables for whole hotel. Some people ate from their lap on seats near check in area while others took food back to their room.

Very average stay. Staff at front desk was friendly enough, however watching/listening to quite loud TV/etc on phones/computer, both at check in and check out, 2 different people, not professional. No table to sit at for breakfast (@ approx 8:30), very limited seating.

Condescending and rude staff. Unpleasant check-in and check-out experience with both receptionists. They should greet their guests with a “Hi-how are you?” rather than a “what’s up” and change their attitude as if the customer is wasting his time away from his social media browsing on his phone at the reception desk.

It was good and clean. Safe and sound. However be aware they charge 30 a night for pets has to be 30 lbs or less AND 100 deposit for pet. It is a little outdated but clean and pillows and beds were very comfortable.

Staff was very helpful, polite, and patient with me! I booked my room multiple times and kept re-booking my room on my check-out day after work but I didn’t get off until 6 so they kept my stuff in my room and were very kind to book me again 10/10 recommend!

Our window did not lock, Which was concerning since we were on the first floor the glass was dirty, which was probably a good thing as our view were broken down cars and an old boat. The room was clean, Slightly dated, The bed was comfortable, And the air conditioner worked very well.

I stayed here for one night and the place was very average, the name is luxury but it is not I think they need to change it I liked the 80s feel of the place but it is very much average motel hotel with a pool that I couldn’t use because it was so full. Also very loud place and the bed was very hard, breakfast was disappointing. Overall average motel experience. Very nice staff though!!
