We were impressed with the newly remodeled hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. My only complaint is that there is nothing to do besides gambling.

Whenever I’m in Puerto Rico, I stay here. The staff is lovely, and the check in employee at the main desk remembered me from my last trip , and upgraded my stay. I will always come here.

Beautiful hotel, the staff was so kind and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel is clean, food was good and waiters are genuinely helpful. I will definitely coming back.

Room was to cold and had a bad smell to it . The tv stations were not in line with the listings . The safe didn’t work until I notified the front desk . The charging port was not plugged in . The bed had to be pulled out in order to plug it in . The hotel service charges were out of line ranging from $33 a day to over $50 . No entertainment and a casino primarily filled with 1 cent slot machines .

I had a great experience, my only complaint was that I ended up paying more through Hotel.com than if I booked it directly with the hotel website. My friends paid around $100 less. Service charges included.

We stood at this hotel as it was close to family. We loved the pool and the casino! Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and always had clean towels. The in house restaurant was also very convenient as not many places nearby. Definitely need a car to explore the surrounding area. Would definitely go back.

Caguas is near everything. You aren't far from San Juan, and pretty central in the island that any coastal city is within an hour.
