Cheap stays for a reason. Stayed here before but this time was different. Got sent to a room that wasn’t ready then got a room that had dust all over and cracked frames around the whole room. Left and came back and my hotel key didn’t work, when asked for a new one, I was laughed at by the front desk worker. Overall, very average stay some experiences below average. You’re better off spending a bit extra to stay at the hotel across the street.

Me and my daughter has been living at this hotel since June of this year. We love it here being a native of the city. We have the perfect room as the window looks out to a small grassy area. It’s a wonderful hotel, however, there’s a few things that needs addressing because as of lately we have to move out every 21 days and it has become such a burden on us and we feel that at least the hotel could give us the benefit-of-the-doubt that they give to others people who have been there for a long time, who do not have to check out every 21 days. Also people who are not checked in the hotel bring their dogs to the hotel to poop on the grassy areas and don’t pick it up. Lastly, the change of staff is frustrating because getting to know the staff and how nice they are and then they are gone, leaving us to get to know new staff members and if they are nice. Other than these issues I would give the hotel 💯

I stay at this hotel for weeks at a time so you get to know people. The staff is friendly and courteous. I use a stroller and am recovering from major surgery. Yanelis went above and beyond in assisting me on a day I was dealing with a lot of pain. I appreciate her kindness and grace. The whole staff is like this!

I felt so uncomfortable in the room because, I felt like everything was dirty. There was dust on the tables, the towels had black and brown stains, good thing I always take my own towel. Parking was good the area looked nice and safe.

Nice area

So dirty since the entrance. Don’t make beds, don’t change trash cans and towels. No shampoo and conditioner either. They told us that is do once or twice a week.

I mean i only paid $90, but it smells like wet dog. Smells like cat urine down the hall where my room was. Curtains had cigarette burns all over. I was scared to get into the bed and i felt like bugs were crawling all over me. I couldnt stop itching and scratching. I found a big black hair in the sheets and i convinced myself it was a long dig hair. I had already paid. I thought staying in yorba linda it would be decent since its a nice area. Staff was friendly. Ill have to pay more to get somewhere better next time.

I didn’t like the smell of the place. My TV did not work at all. There was missing shower curtains. Refrigerator did work properly. The door lock was broken. Room 325 and 327…… terrible

No ac. Super load guests around me.

I’ve stayed at this Extended Stay America in Yorba Linda for weeks at a time. The staff is friendly and works had at providing good customer service. Recently some maintenance work was needed in our room so instead of bothering us they moved us across the hall. From Eddie who informed us to Pedro who fixed the issue to Yanelis at the front desk they went above and beyond. Turning what could have been a negative experience into a positive one!

This hotel is a typical Extended Stay America with a full refrigerator and a stove top. Even though there are many more locations in Orange County I’ve stayed at this one for over a month and it’s a value for Southern California. Not the fanciest nor upscale it remains clean. Ideal for a family on vacation and on a budget. The Yorba Linda staff is friendly and hard working. From the front desk to the housekeepers to the facilities staff they all work together and with a smile.

I've stayed here before a couple of years back and it wasn't that bad, but this last stay, the placed smelled like an old folks home. I'm not sure what kind of cleaners they're using but it was just awful. The price is cool, but that lobby smell was too much

Looked good from outside. In safe area. Carpet has past it’s useful life with tears. Windows were FILTHY. Ask for hair dryer, it didn’t work. Went back to desk, line of people waiting with now at the desk. Later got second hair drier, no good either. Agent said they only have 2.
