A/C took forever to work, there was a small iguana in the room coming out of the desk. Breakfast includes coffee and pan dulce.
my mom got a cup of coffee, but then realized it was too much and the creamer was not going to fit, she decided she was going to throw a bit out in the sink. When the worker saw her, he took the cup from my mom and poured the whole cup of coffee back in the coffee machine. Mom decided not to drink coffee anymore. That was disgusting!! What if my mom had drank from it and he put it right back without even asking anything..

Restaurant was well below average in terms of cleanliness and food quality. Room was also substandard. Staff was generally nice but overall will not stay here again … should have stayed at a Marriott property

All i can say is old, old, old!!! Shower curtains and bed sheets are all torn!! Room is super small!! Shower was dirty!! Restroom door dirty!

Liked that it was by shopping center the only thing was the beds were to hard and not comfortable had a hard time trying to fall asleep

Horrible they say free brake fast that’s not it also the restroom horrible bed not clean hallways smell bad room is humid and hot lights go off

Security knocked on my door several times to tell me to turn down my tv that was not playing loud and I’m pretty sure he even entered the room twice while I was sleeping. It was not a comfortable stay and I was very on edge the entire time I was there! I would not recommend to friend or stay there again that’s for sure

Excellent parking, safe and enclosed for our car.
Breakfast was very basic: coffee, fruit and they wanted to charge more for bread, eggs and was not even good looking

Everything was OK. Just the elevator is kind of old, but I assume the building was reconditioned
