The hotel its self needs some updated work done. The bed in RM # 111 was horrible, it was like sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was ok, nothing special by any means. The front desk receptionist was nice.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here this year. Back in May we stayed one night and wished we had stayed longer. So, we came back in the last week of Oct. Check-in was quick and easy. All staff was polite and helpful. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was tasty with eggs, biscuits, bacon, sausage as the hot options. There was also fruit, cereal, etc. Saw that the pool was still closed. Our room 202 was on the 2nd floor. It was very clean, and good size. The only "con" was that the bed this time around was much harder and made it too uncomfortable to have a good night sleep(2 nights). Otherwise we enjoyed this hotel very much.

Service was very friendly. Especially the woman who handled/prepared breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable and not dated looking. Overall, the price was a little high for a hotel with no elevator and no amenities (other than breakfast). If you had a Mountain View side room or got up and had your coffee outside to watch the sunrise, it was a really lovely view though.

Our stay was great. Everything met oir expectations amd the morning breakfast was great. Great view at the top of the mountain. Would definitely stay again.

Location of hotel is beautiful with great mountain views. However, value for $$ spend was very poor. Our average rate was $237, for this we received partial service (daily clean towels and trash removal but no bed making, cleaning or clean sheets). Pool and hot tub were under renovation. Included breakfast was pitiful. No bread or even toast with jam or peanut butter, no toaster or microwave available. Very poor selection of breakfast items. Staff were friendly and attentive.

I was disappointed to discover that this hotel did not have an elevator. I have a disability that prevents me from being able to climb stairs. I reserved a suite and nowhere on this site does it say that all suites are upstairs. Even more, the face that there is no elevator is hidden near the bottom of a list that is supposed to show all the accessibility options or aides for those who need handicap accessibility. The fact that there is no elevator and that only certain rooms are available on the 1st floor should be front and center where the information is easily found so visitors can make better choices and not be blindsided at arrival. I had to downgrade because of misinformation and lost money on the reservation. Very disappointed. The view was great but it would have been even better from the 2nd floor.

Night employee was awesome. Turned on the juice machine for me even thoigh after breakfast when sugar was crashing.

This hotel has a beautiful view! Our room and bathroom was super clean!! Pepper, at the front desk, was so friendly and helpfful!! If you are in or mear Elijay, this is a great option!! Beds and pillows were comfy too!
