We had several problems during our stay with the hotel. First of all the parking. It should be bookable in advance, because there was no vacancy all weekend. As a pregnant guest it was very uncomfortable, because there was no free parking spot on the streets either nearby. We had to walk quite much each time. Second thing was that the walls of the hotel are like paper thin. You can hear everything, but really everything. For the second night we had to buy earplugs. The third thing is the quality of the bed mattress and the pillows. Really really uncomfortable. My husband can sleep everywhere but here.

Rooms are big and cleaned. Plenty of place for 2 persons. Decent breakfast with natural pressed Orange Juice. Central located in The village and of course 2 km to the beach.

Our holiday was perfect. The people in the hotel treated us very well. We had a car so were able to visit the fantastic beaches near by. The only problem was trying to park the car in San Juan. The hotel never had space for our car.

Friendly service, good breakfast room was clean and big. Nice to be in the town center not far from Alicante centre with Nr. 332. Taxis were available on the main street.

Staff excellent and helpful, spoke good English. Very clean welcoming entrance with short stay parking at the entrance reserved for clients. Underground parking tight for big cars. Unfortunately we were unable to sample the breakfast but the dining room was very clean. We had a very good value stay. If we need to stay again we would choose to stay here. WiFi very slow

Unlike last year, we got a newer part of the hotel with a well-functioning air conditioning. The room was spacias enough. Only thing I really would have liked to have is a mini fridge in the room.

It was a good hotel in a good area. It was in a local "barrio", close to food, laundrymat and more. It was in a safe location and staff was courteous and helpful. I would stay again.

The title - pretty much sums it up. Could not fault the hotel - the rooms were nicely decorated and clean and even included black out blinds. Breakfast was typical european - cold meats and pastries. Only negativ was the location. In over 30 degree heat - the walk to the beach was a little too far and we ended up driving. It is right near a Supermarket, but with no mini bar in the room to keep drinks cold it limited your options
