I came to Poconos to relax with my family. I was very impressed by the easy check in. Then my room was great. The next day we had breakfast what a feast we had. My kids made waffles. They had a choice to add whipped cream and topping. Then, we had a choice of bagels and etc. Finally. The entire people working at the hotel were attentive and kind.

A lot to say on our overall stay, but the main problem factors: we arrived and had dead bugs all over the bathroom floor. When brought the front desk’s attention, they got right on the defense stating that since there was an event going on that weekend, they didn’t have other rooms. No apologies, no sympathy, no accomadations, no understanding. Then told us the person to look at the room “just” went upstairs. We waited a hour for someone to inspect the dead bugs and clean them. If we had other options available, we would’ve switched locations from there. Sadly we didn’t. Breakfast was rough. The staff once again were awful, and didn’t want to do their jobs to refill the butter and kept repeating that there was butter available ( there was not ) almost like they didn’t believe us. Several other problems throughout, but those would be the main issues for us. I’m fine with the lack of options for food, but the disrespect and disregard from all the workers we encountered, is a no go. Our first and only time here.

There was a peculiar smell in the room and there was hair in the tub. Otherwise it's not a bad place

Tried to charge a days deposit AND the full amount of my stay .. Thankfully i limited my credit card , management had to Finagle so the rate I was expecting to pay was the only thing charged they were nice and said it was a clitch but didn’t trust them

It was a very nice motel and we enjoyed staying there.The staff were great and the room was a good size.

Room was not clean, found someone else’s belongings under the covers where my child was sleeping in. Absolutely horrendous. No staff around or not enough. Not enough room linens. It was late otherwise would’ve never stayed there. Building and rooms were in such poor condition. Pool was beyond gross no and it was very dark .most lights were all out. Very uncomfortable feeling. Made the stay very unpleasant. I’ve stayed in many comfort inns around the country and they were all always very decent and clean. Would never stay there again.
