They didn’t have my reservation and when I went in the room they had roaches. When I went back to ask for another room they wanted to charge me more.

The room was clean but it looked beat up. The door to the room had dents in it from someone beating on it. There were people begging in the parking lot cigarettes buts and wrappers near the steps as well as dog dropping on the walkways

Checking was fast and nice front desk personnel was wonderful my ac unit broke and they send a technician right away
The only thing that I'll agrege is microwave and coffee maker sink was broken and been repaired bad wrong glue and you can see the broken part

I checked in a couple days ago. U would think cause its so close to the airport it would b load but its was not. The staff were very helpful and everything is in walking distance from the hotel which was good. I would recommend this hotel and if i need a hotel again i would use this one.

Very dirty. Mold in bathroom and dust throughout room. Smelled of a bad odor and very outdated. Would not recommend to anyone passing through the area. Pay a little more and get a better hotel elsewhere.

The checking in was to slow desk person was rude at beginning but later in process she become more professional and friendly
Overall was a good experience to stay at property hope to come back soon 🙂🙂

I like that it's right next to a shopping center, with good food options. It's right off the fwy, so that's convenient and why I chose the location.

The rooms were not very clean or accessible. There were bugs in the rooms and it was noisy. They did move us to different rooms to accommodate us after we let them know of the bugs and cleanliness but the next rooms weren’t much better.

You get what you paid for but this property needs a lot of work. The sink & shower are dirty & needs renovation. The shower head was broken and couldn’t even stay up, literally next to the wall trying to take a shower. The water pressure was weak & not even steady & strong. Stay at your own risk. Neighborhood was fine, just the rooms itself that wasn’t good.
