Amazing service! Clean and the housekeeping was amazing, front desk was so friendly and helpful! Francesca recommend great stuff always checked in if we needed help. We were right in the centre of Cozumel everything was nice and close, enjoyed my stay will definitely recommend for other visitors!

Everything was excellent but my favorite part of my stay was definitely the staff. Francesca and her afternoon relieve were so friendly, kind and nice. They we just wonderful.

The Coralia Hotel is a boutique-size hotel on a pedestrians-only street right next to the main in square in downtown Cozumel. We found it very modern in design and look, perfectly clean, safe with a 24-hour staff presence at the door, and a great little rooftop pool looking out at the Gulf. Francesca and Antonio were wonderfully helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. We felt very welcome and cared for. Price, location, and staff make this a great choice for a stay in Cozumel!

Great hotel! Lovely rooftop with a great view, nice rooms all newly renovated, quiet location at night but also so convenient.
Front desk staff Francesca and Antonio helped me multiple times per day with great food recommendations, organised my scooter hire and gave local advice in general. 6 stars for the staff!
Priced well too.

I highly recommend Coralia if you are looking for a hotel in Cozumel. The location is right by the pier and in a quiet but pleasant place. The staff is very nice and helpful, very accommodating and made our visit delightful.

I stayed here a wonderful 5 days.
It is a small new hotel with modern style and conveniences. I especially enjoyed my morning tea by the rooftop pool. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel is still being worked on and I am sure it will be even more enjoyable when they finish.

We were the first couple to stay in this new property of Mao Resorts in Feb. 2024. It was very clean! We liked it so much we stayed 3 extra nights! The owners and the staff are very friendly. Francesca at the front desk is the very best!
It is located on 5ta so can get noisy during the day (or during Carnaval) but it is quiet as soon as the shops close down. No barking dogs or traffic noise could be heard.
Would recommend and would stay here again.
