Very clean, very nice service, had a dog so room was close to pet area and beach, it was perfect. Bathroom was the only thing that seemed small, but it was clean and had everything I could ask for, so it completely met my expectations

Staff was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly - even grounds people and cleaning staff. Our neighbors seemed to forget they weren’t at home and were very loud, but we were assured the next morning that if it had gone on too late we could have called and they would have taken appropriate measures. It’s nice to have a noon checkout time. The rooms do have microwaves and a small frig - didn’t see that in the listing but it’s nice to know. The hotel is a bit of a distance from “downtown” Cannon Beach, but there are interesting shops, etc. nearby. Convenient stairs right down to the beach and you can build a fire in one of the rock pits. All in all, quite nice for an overnight stay.

We’ve requested for a top floor ocean view and Tolovana Inn actually listened our request, thank you so much! This was our 3rd stay there and this time was the best!

Very enjoyable stay

Location-views of the beach,Haystack,easy access to the beach.

I was overall extremely disappointed by tolovana inn this time. The room we got was extremely outdated, very dirty looking carpet, the kitchen faucet was ready to fall off and the water pressure in the shower is so low that if you decide to shampoo you will never ever be able to get it out of your hair. Now lets come to the bed it falls out if the wall and the 4 corners are very dangerous, stubbed my toe twice as it keeps getting in the way every time you pass by this sorry excuse for a bed. Tolovana its time to remodel these rooms and stop fleecing the customer by charging them for these out of order and i will repeat myself very dirty rooms.

Property was impossible to navigate. Staff sent me to a restaurant that had closed.

Beautiful location. Wonderful staff. Clean rooms with lovely views. Super happy we chose this place for our quick weekend getaway.

Easy access to the beach. Nice walk to Haystack rock. Unfortunately for us it was very foggy but the hotel has no control over that.

Was an older property charging top rate. No air conditioning. Location to beach was good

We were in an excellent view for the view and access to Mo's. Animal friendly means greeting us with two large dog pee spots and the initial smell was terrible. We put wet towels over the spots and eventually it got better. The white towels on a dirty carpet made them black. Other than this and the misinformation of Hotels.com it was a wonderful time.

We love this hotel, have stayed there twice now.

Pleasant surroundings, easy beach access, with reasonable prices made this a good choice for a short stay at the beach!

Love how close it is to the beach and and we always stay here because of that, and it’s quaint.

Loved the view of the Ocean from the big picture Windows. Did not like the tiny bathroom and the fact that only one person could be in the bathroom getting ready at the same time. I had to wind my blow dryer cord underneath the door in order to be able to sit on the floor to blow dry my hair on the outside of the bathroom in front of the mirror on the door. There were no other mirrors or places to get ready in the rest of the room.

We got upgraded to a studio queen room upom arrival which was super nice of the host, Lisa. The room was perfect. Clean bathroom, comfy bed and couch, and a fantastic view of haystack rock. If we're ever back in the area we will be staying again!
