We stayed with our family of four (parents & 2 kids) at Be Mate Torino. Our stay way excellent! The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated with a complete kitchen.

We stayed for 4 nights at Be Mato and loved it.Sabrina was extremely helpful, not only with navigating through check in and room accomadations, but also with great tips about sightseeing, hiking trails nearby and assisting to extend or stay another night as well as a late check out. Loved the city of Turin as well as the service and privacy at De Mato.

We loved our stay here - the property is fantastically located right in the heart of Turin, and the suite was beautiful, and great value for money too. Really appreciated the friendly and efficient welcome from Sabrina too, as well as the great communication ahead of our arrival.

The place was lovely. BUT we were receiving conflicting communications about checkin procedures from different people and on different media. Requests to share pix of passports and credit cards were not accompanied by any info about how secure the transaction was— made us nervous and complicated things.

The apartments are new, modern, comfortable and spacious. The communication from the staff was clear, prompt and helpful. The location is very convenient for the sights in the town centre.

We highly recommend BeMate Torino. They were courteous, especially Ilaria at the front desk, who took care of all our needs during the two weeks plus stay. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at their newer and spacious fully equipped apartment located in the centre of Torino close to all piazzas, museums and restaurants. We would gladly return to use their services back anytime soon.

We sought to stay in the historic center of Turin and Be Mate was perfect. It was quiet and only a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Transit was right out the front door and the train stations were both walkable - only about ten minutes to Porto Nuova; 20 to Porto Susa. The apartment was clean and clearly professionally managed. The kitchen was well equipped. Streaming service were available on the TV - not necessarily common at other places we stayed in Italy. Over all, we had a great stay and enjoyed Turin.
