This was a very clean and comfortable stay especially considering the price. Breakfast was better than most and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

One of my favorite places to stay in CStat. Off the busy university path and a quality room/breakfast for the price. Dog friendly as well.

The safety feature in the shower makes it very hard to get hot water to shower. The room felt very damp. Our towels never dried and the sheets felt wet. Items in our suitcases even got wet. Very loud guest late at night. Will not be returning. Disappointing for a Hampton Inn

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The pool area had a nice shaded area. I was pleasantly surprised, the photos looked like it needed to be updated but was a lot nicer than we anticipated. Great spot for team travel.

The hotel was completely booked Sunday May 26, so Monday morning management should have anticipated the number of people coming to breakfast and had the buffet staffed. There was no coffee for 30 or more m8ns when i was there. At one point there weren't any eggs, sausage, or potatoes. If I had not alerted the manager at the desk, I do not believe the younger man also at the desk would have refilled anything. He didn't check the area when he finally went to make the coffee, of he had, he would have seen the food was getting low. If the actual buffet staff had been scheduled, perhaps nothing would have ran low? There was a huge soccer showcase at Veterans field right down the road, so many, many, guests did not get a full breakfast. When we know better, we do better.

Everything was okay
The only thing I did like was that I paid for reservations in advance, and they charged me 25 dollars extra when I showed up. But thanks anyway.

The property and hotel is very old with little upgrades. The shower didn’t work correctly with the warm water not working or staying warm. there was not a front desk person to talk to at 3-4 in the morning to complain about the people next to me making so much noise inside and outside the room.
