The carpet had obviously been shampooed prior to my check in, however the floor was saturated with water and as a result the room smelled musty and was far too humid.

Great hotel, location was a bit out-of-the-way. Nothing nearby. I love the fact, security was touring around the parking lot throughout the night. Cost per night was a little high, but it seems in line with the other hotels

We stayed 2 nights on our way from Montreal to Niagara falls and Toronto, and we were not disappointed. I thought it could be noisy because of the proximity to the highway but it was not the case. Everything was clean, safe and we had very good nights. Nothing bad or weird to report. It might be a little bit outdated if you are picky, but I just care about safety, no annoyances and a good sleep, which it provides. I recommend this hotel.
If you stay here, try the delicious Jeera indian restaurant on Fairview st. It was sublime. Also take the time to drive the pleasant Lakeshore drive.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded all expectations. The property was immaculately clean, with spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas that made the stay feel both luxurious and comfortable. The decor was beautiful, blending modern elegance with a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The location was another highlight. Situated in a prime area, the hotel was conveniently close to popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.
Overall, the hotel provided an exceptional experience with its cleanliness, stunning design, and unbeatable location. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay

The hotel is a bit dated, pretty clean still.

Air conditioner was super loud, at least it drowned out the even louder highway. Banging noise from shower and from people beside us using the shower. Bed was fine. Bathroom was dirty. Pool and hot tub and stuff floating in it and was has green. Yuck. Didn’t swim.

All the staff are extremely unprofessional and rude, no wonder this place got bad rating, won’t come again ever, Marriott is much better than Hilton I’d rather pay more.

Also the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and needs renovation. Cleaning service is provided every other day « for our convenience » as stipulated as a note in the bathroom. Just be honest and say that it’s to save costs …
