The line for check in was extremely long so it took 30 min to check in. Only one poor girl was working her as of in the reception and two others were standing there watching here work and watching the line grow. The room did not have any bed sheets so we had to sleep with the mattress and duvet without covers. Breakfast was ok, but not great. The butter packs was expired. I do not see a reason to choose this hotel again.

Great location and room. More than enough parking lots for a in comparison to Norwegian hotels little fee. But please, do something about the bread rolls. They are far too dry. Otherwise it's a very tasty breakfast buffet with a good variety.

The hotel was under staffed. Day one the beds weren't made before until 23 o'clock. Breakfast was chaotic. Not enough service, plates, cups or even seats. Never enough food at at time. The reception couldn't answer the phone because of the endless line of people trying to check in or get help.

Top 3 worst stay ever! Stay away. Got not what we booked. Rooms are ok and staff are nice. Check in took 45 minutes. Got wrong cheaper rooms. Nothing was ready. Breakfast is horrendous. No available tables to eat at. No bread. Almost no food available. Stayed for one night, and that was enough.

the windows did not have a curtain to darken the room. the carpet smelled old and the bar staff were unprepared.

We queued for an hour to check in . No bar staff on bar just one girl doing everything. When we we r to the room the bed had no bedding on it , when we went down to ask they said they didn’t have any ? Ridiculous hotel , will never stay in this chain again . Breakfast was chaos also .

We booked a family room for two nights. A 20sqm room with a queen bed and sofabed. Very little room for luggage and passing by the beds. Not very family friendly. But other than that the hotel and room was fine but was surprisingly scarce in regards to amenities and facilities that I’m used to on my many travels. I had imagined a bit more eg a small fridge in the room, coffee and tea. The beds and pillows were nice. The breakfast was a bit boring to my taste but had a wide selection of hot and cold. The waffles were a hit for our son. Nice parking possibility next to the hotel.

As we were tired we went straight to our room and slept. The next morning we realised we had been sleeping on a mattress protector with no bed linen and a duvet with no sheet. Also no pillow cases on the pillows. How we missed rhis is due to tiredness. Immediately went to reception to inform them and we were told we are aware of the laundry issue several rooms have no bedsing as issue with laundry. Asked to speak to a manager but no one could be located. This is outaagious for a branded name of Hilton to sell rooms with no bed linen. Its disgusting !!!! I will never stay at another Hampton Inn again with no apology this hotel is a joke

Nice clean room. No parking at the hotel, but you can park in nearby parking house for 10 Euro pr day. We did’nt eat breakfast. Some noise from a dog in neighbour room in the morning.

This hotel is in very good condition. There is a big parking place close to the hotel. Breakfast was OK.
