It was an amazing day. I love the pool love the nice and clean love to go back again friend customer service. I really appreciate it. I really highly recommend.

Our stay was terrible mostly due to check in. We got to the hotel roughly around 11 PM and the receptionist informed us that their systems were down and they could not check us into a room. FYI, I am pregnant and I was exhausted from travel. She informed us that the manager is not on site and not answering her phone calls. The whole thing felt so unprofessional. She eventually put us in a room, which I believe was the only room on the first floor right next to the laundry room, ice machine, and elevators on the busiest side of the street. It was so loud and we could hear people talking in the lobby. Unacceptable we walked back up and said we needed a better room. We waited and waited until she offered us another room worse than the one we booked, which I declined. Eventually, around midnight, Her computer seem to start working and she put us into a room on the third floor, which at least was quieter. Check-in should not take an hour, and it was ridiculous to seemingly have one person on staff with no on-site manager. I will not be returning.

This property was very clean and cozy. Definitely will stay here again.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, conveniently located to hwys and beaches.

I booked Single room with the king size bed. When we checked in, we were given a double with two full-size/queen beds. No. That’s not what we reserved and that’s not what we confirmed when we checked in remotely. Went downstairs got a new room. New room is a single king size bed, but fully accessible for disabled folks - directly off the elevator. Again, not what we reserved and not what I confirmed when I had checked in earlier. Breakfast was also disgusting. My husband and I didn’t know it was possible, but they were able to ruin coffee and oatmeal. Both watery. Many of the other items were not stocked and the waffle bar was a complete mess and missing ingredients. Not the best experience.

My only hesitation to offer complete satisfaction was I found the traffic noise very bothersome, especially given large vehicles taking off after intersection light changes.

They let us checked in early and was done quickly so with checking out. Room was spacious. Front desk was helpful and friendly.

Location was poor, bed mattress poor, no screens on windows. Room had a bad smell to it. would not stay there again... we booked through Hotels. com and they told us we were a third party booking and could not help us with our issues so we felt like a third party people..pretty sad if you ask me.

Convenient location close yo Pacific Beach and Sea World. We brought our car and the parking is indeed included in the price. The only suggestion will be to add more variety to the breakfast, otherwise everything was good!

The hotel itself was nice but there were 2 big things that made our stay subpar.1) We arrived after 4 and our room was not ready nor were we offered a different one. 2) I believe that our carpet was cleaned -maybe-but it was so damp that we had to wear shoes all the time and we could t put any of our belongings on the floor to keep them dry. As someone that suffers from allergies this made my night stay bad. My husband is also now sick.

Great location and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. No hot tub, which was disappointing. Would stay there again.

We didn’t receive the king room we had booked through Expedia, mentioning that sometimes the system books a standard room when using Expedia. We weren’t able to change to a king which was unfortunate, but overall the location is very central to everything and they have free parking.
