My room was well-maintained and comfortable. I have no complaints.

My wife’s very pricey shoes got stolen out of our room when house keeping cleaned. We approached the front desk to report it. They said they could not do anything about it. So we called the police to file a report. The officer was very nice. When he asked the hotel if they had a log of who cleaned that day and who was in our room the hotel informed him that the have no log. So he requested video surveillance. The hotel then said the don’t have camera on the floor we stayed on. We never got the shoes back and staff was rude after this happened. We will never stay here again in any city we visit.

Our stay was cancelled, we were then charged almost double to re-book at the hotel. The management offered no help or solution and were rude. Rooms are beyond dirty, rusty, mouldy - the hotel is a shambles and an embarrassment to the Hilton organisation.

I was amazed at the customer service I received from both Tasha and Darryl. They welcomed me and family for our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Great job hiring these wonderful people. I will be more than happy to recommend my family and friends.

It was clean, but carpets were stained and worn horribly. Ottoman was a ball that was not comfortable at all, bed lop-sided, shower tiles cracked, a/c extremely noisy and inefficient, balcony door sticky and rusted. They should not have charged for parking, and room was over priced for off season.

Hotel at the beach, nice pool area. We got a feeling of humidity and uncomfortable smell at the hotel. Good parking included in the room rate. If you add breakfast without changing the room rate I would consider this hotel as good value for money.

First night we got there there were cockroaches on Night table. They didn’t offer another room until the next day.
The main elevator was shut down and supposedly had been shut down for two years. We had to use the employee elevator, which was filthy. The swimming pool looked like it had rust on the bottom of it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We chose this hotel based solely on the reputation of the Hilton name, a mistake we will not make again.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!! There was feces on the crib mattress!! The staff were very weird and pushy for tips. The room was falling apart. The beds weee terrible. Everything is broken including the towel rack. Have pictures to prove how bad it is.

My friend and i always stay here. It never disappoints. The service is excellent, rooms beautiful and we especially love the pool bar. Also it is further east on the island away from the crowds.

If your looking for a semi clean property in the middle of all the action then this is your place. The pool and bar staff were wonderful. With a few minor updates this would be a 10/10 property.

The room stank so much as if the carpet was wet and a smell of mold in the air . I had to use Lysol spray or I thought I would throw up. The power went out and I had to carry my own luggage down 4 flights of stairs . The hallway in the corridor in the floor I my bedroom was at stank like a dead corps
