The Motel is just fine - the weather was terrible. Can't blame the motel operator for that. Unasked for upgrade a nice touch.

We arrived about 50min before check in was available and thought try our luck see if was possible to check in early. We weren't fussed if wasnt possible but they allowed us to check in early and they upgraded our room which was much appreciated.
We only stayed the one night but would stay again in future all staff were well mannered and easy talk to.

It is very clean and neat room.Very convenient to the city centre by walk. Very easy and fast check-in process. Will stay again definitely Highly recommended.Thank you for extra towels.

Our stay was very smooth transaction,communication was immediate and imformative. The room was really clean and comfortable. It was one of the better motels we have stayed at in Warrnambool.We would choose to stay there again.

The property doesn’t look like much on the outside but the rooms are VERY clean. They take pride in adding extras like earth friendly and natural soaps and shampoos. They have extra towels in the rooms, along with a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. They even put wine glasses in the room along with a wine opener. It’s the little straw that they do that you can tell they take pride in their rooms. Parking is a bit strained but they have a great late check in system. There is no elevator and we had an issue with someone in our group not being able to get up the stairs and even with our late check in they went above and beyond to change our room with no hesitation and friendly service. In this area it is all motels and not hotels and I highly recommend this one.
