I like the fact that the location was not directly downtown where we had to park in a parking garage. The representatives were nice. Breakfast was good. after a day of rain, the carpet in the bedroom by a bed, under the window got wet so had to get in the bed from one side and move luggage. It would’ve been a big inconvenience to move six people into another room with all of our stuff. The fire alarm went off and we were outside for about an hour or so. No discount for either of those inconveniences. One family member didn’t feel safe after that and wanted to move to another hotel, but we didn’t. Air conditioning was uncomfortable. It either was too cold or not cold enough. Couldn’t set the thermostat to a comfortable temperature. At 12:30 AM, my brother is going downstairs. He turned the corner to go to the elevator. There is a man laying on the floor and two pit bulls- one barked at him. He turned around and went back to the room. I saw the man the next day and his two pit bulls. The sofa sleeper couch was old and uncomfortable. More than likely, we wouldn’t stay there again

Terrible check in experience. First wrong room, then a room that was already occupied. Las room was ok. TVs are super old and do not really work. No coffee machine in the room. They told us to bring one - but they did not. Hotel is very old, they should improve a bite more. Location is ok. Overall: too expensive for the value.

Registration was smooth and staff was pleasant. Property is in good shape for the age and is very clean. Breakfast was hot with many choices. Parking is gated, though gate was open and parking fee was comped.

Like: they gave us a care package of snacks. Didn’t like: our suite had 2 TVs, but only one controller, which didn't work for either TV. We looked everywhere and tried everything

Blown away by our stay! It was perfect for our family of 6! Loved having our own kitchen to cook dinner. The room was super spacious. A little outdated but that’s ok. Our one complaint was the pull out sofa. The mattress was way too small for the bed (4 inches too small on each side) exposing the metal and springs. We couldn’t let our kids sleep on it. Breakfast was incredible!! The breakfast staff was so kind.

Tge staff was very nice

My room smelled like a dog. Then I noticed lots of other dogs at the hotel staying in the rooms. I'd stay here again since it's convenient but I'd have to demand a clean smelling room. Also the room key kept failing and I had to go the the front desk to get it fixed multiple times.

We did not get the room we originally book. When we were placed in the room they had available it was dirty, blood on the toilet and bathroom floor, food in the pull out couch bed. When we went down to address this issue with staff they did quickly get us into two clean rooms (i booked one so we could stay together) but the rooms were right across the hall from each other and they comped the second room.

Rooms are outdated and dirty... food was left in the fridge, we had to change rooms because one had a mold in it... overall poorly kept hotel.. breakfast is mediocore and breakfast inluded not worth it

Place was filthy. Paint peeling off the wall and ceiling. Shower stuck in on position all the time. As soon as you turn the water on the shower is on. Place is in need of a very deep cleaning and updating.
