I booked a room over a month in advance through Hotels.com and requested a crib for my baby. I promptly received a confirmation that a crib would be available. However, upon arriving at the hotel, there was no crib in the room. To make matters worse, the phone in the room was broken, so I had to use my cell phone to request both a crib and a replacement phone.
I was told that they would bring both items to the room, but after waiting for 5 hours, nothing arrived. When I called again, I was informed that there were no cribs left. The phone was also never replaced.
The lack of service was extremely disappointing, especially considering I had communicated my needs well in advance. Although I don't usually leave negative reviews, this experience left me no choice. The only positive aspect was the beautiful view of the vineyard from the room.

View is gorgeous. Its quiet, relaxing, and calm. The problem is you cant check in until 4pm the grill on property closes at 3. The other restaurant is located at their sister winery. There is a need for repairs to the rooms. This place is over priced for what you get.

My husband and I were guest over the long weekend. The staff was very kind and attentive. The room was clean. Love the shower and hot tub. It was so peaceful and quiet. Definitely what we needed to get away from our busy city in L.A. The pool was nice loved that it’s salt water and not chlorine. Love that they bring you your continental breakfast to room. We didn’t dine there but we did have the Ceviche which was amazing! I can’t wait to come back again and just relax.

Fairly clean, nice view ot the vineyard, very friendly crew . Need some fixing of the front and back doors coz whenever someone opens or closes the door, you can hear it loudly like slamming and squicky. But overall, good stay.

Stayed here for our first wine tasting experience. Spacious rooms overlooking the vineyards. Staff was very friendly. Room service continental breakfast included! Tasting room on site too. Emily served us twice and was very nice!

The stay was phenomenal. After watching videos of people’s bad experience in this location. I’d say it is not true. They are attentive. Lots of privacy and safe. The balcony is beautiful. I myself had a photo session for my birthday :)

Great stay in the heart of Temecula's wine region. Large room with 5 piece bath, sitting area, and a patio facing the vineyard. The salt water pool and hot tub were refreshing and relaxing. Our stay came with a bottle of wine and continental breakfast.

We love it here. So beautiful and peaceful. Wine at check in. Hot air balloons in the morning. Beautiful vineyard. We will be back for sure.

We requested towels for our room and received beach towels and wash cloths with several strands of hair on them. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk most of the time.
