Overall we had an OK stay, the staff was really helpful and nice. Air conditioning was very weak. The lift made weird noises while moving. The room could use a renovation, the wallpaper was peeling in some places and the room looked a bit tired. The pictures were a bit different than reality... The breakfast was not very good. Parking was nice but with a lower car than Audi RS4 I think the entrance is too steep.

A nice stay - a bus ride away from Barcelona without crowds and the expense. Mataro beach was peaceful.

This hotel in very good area , 10 min from train station a lot of buses to the area , a little bit far from barcelona 40 min by train

The staff is absolutely the best, kind, always cordial and aims at making one's stay a great stay. The conditions of the hotel show maintenance is not a top priority. The shower gave intermittent warm and cold water for example.

The room looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. The lobby is modern, clean and pretty but the room is dated and grubby with age. They also allow dogs and can be heard barking constantly. The bed was 2 single beds (on wheels) pushed together which separate every time you move. The receptionist was alittle rude. The ‘spa’ is an e tea 10euros per day and it’s just a small dirty pool you can see dirt and scum along the edges of the pool. They did allow us to check in a little early and that’s the only good thing about this hotel.

Clean but very noisy rooms - the walls must be made out of cardboards... 10€ extra for using spa - give it a miss, it’s not worth these money. I do travel a lot on daily basis and I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again. Really soulless place.

Extremely disappointing, room was a state and a live wire of the lamp was exposed just missing my head, BIG health and safety hazard.

My Father was hospitalised in Mataro, the staff couldn't have been more supportive. :-)

All the positive things which said about the hotel & the area were correct when I got there . I would definitely recommend this hotel .
