Our very small room was further reduced in size by a 2nd twin cot. We did not request this and would much have preferred a 2nd night stand. Instead one side of the bed was against a wall and inaccessible :-(. There was mold inside the shower, and at least 60% of the lighting in the room did not function. Nor did the hairdryer work. But the view was beautiful, and the dining was excellent. Unfortunately the dining room is so brightly lit it really detracts from any ambience.

The hotel was in a fantastic location and had a really nice ‘family’ feel to it. Franco (the owner) went above and beyond for us and the rest of the families there.

Wonderful staff, Clean and comfortable room, loved the patio, great toiletries and soft towels. Lots of parking inside or out of hotel. Scenic location. 5 star breakfast. Elevator. Great price. Would definitely stay again if in the Naples area.

Lovely hotel in beatiful location. Clean and well kept, friendly staff. Good food in the hotel restaurant. 10 minutes walk to the old town and 20 minutes by car to the palace in Caserta. Would definately stay again.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel itself is great. We were there for one night and really enjoyed it. The restaurant of the hotel was great and the food was delicious. Highly recommended.

Nice staff but too far away from the Palamaggio! The taxis are a rip off. Spent more in taxi fare than hotel room. Could've taken a shuttle for €1 from train to hotel. Rooms felt like you were in an old YMCA.

The staff and excellent service they provide, in addition to the relaxing pool are of the highest value. They provided us with Gluten free meals as well as a nice bottle of wine by the pool. Great stay and we WILL be back, even if it's just for a relaxing lunch by the pool! GREAT VALUE and the hotel should be rated higher than a 3 star, in my opinion.
