Nice property, fairly new, but make sure you request a room away from the train lines that run directly behind the property. Otherwise I’d stay again. No pool is a shame. Good car parking.

Great spot to stay. Free parking, secure. Good amenities some rooms are a little tired and need a revamp. We had broken basin and tiles in the bathroom. Still functional but looks untidy. Everything else is great, we like staying here.

Very clean and newly renovated property. Only suggestion would be to have smaller bowls and to provide dish soap.

It was a comfortable stay and fairly quiet, the only problem was the air-con was slightly broken with the flap to angle the air missing off the front.

My wife and I always use Value Suites at Emu Plains. Affordable, clean and a friendly environment and great staff who are extremely helpful to our needs.

Our room was comfortable and clean, the toilet needed to be fixed as the water was running all night . I don’t think the patio gets used often as it needed a sweep and the table also needed a good clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable with good sized rooms. Stayed here for the huge parking area because we had a truck but also enjoyed the pub meals across the road. Helpful staff, safe and quiet area even though it is next to rail line, the trains were hardly noticeable. Recommend.

Close to train station and a good pub for dinner. Clean rooms but can be a bit noisy at times.

I feel the upgrading of the bed and pillows would be beneficial. Not particularly comfortable, ended up with neck and back pain. Very clean & convenient.
