God Hotel , but a bit in the back in an industrial residential area! Terrible pillows 😱

First impression is good, but unfortunately one of the beds had a large dump. We reached out the reception (by e-mail) after the first night (we arrived late). We never got any reply. When we got back to the hotel we asked for a new matrass or anything to fill in the dump, in order the be able to sleep, at all. The receptionist were very unpolite. After some time we got a quilt to put in the dump. We were trying to show her the dump, she said she knew about it, and she was clearly annoyed. We tried to say that the hotel can not charge us for two beds, when there is only one that can be used. She told us that we were «so unkind». And she also told us that she would call her manager the next day (to late for us) and call us the next day. We never heard anything. Very unusual and unprofessional treatment.

Added to which there is a good spread breakfast - from cooked to continental. I would fully recommend this hotel to those wishing to stay in the Kiel area.

A very simple Hotel, reception very good, bar staff a bit to Young, and it was like they didn’t wanted to be there. But I only stay there for 1 night so all in all okey.

Nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Location was good, not to far from Kiel centre. €25 approx in a taxi. Room was clean and spacious.

Booked this hotel because we needed a hotel with a late check in. We only slept there on the way to somewhere else. Arrived late and first got a room that wasn't cleaned. The hotel interior needs an upgrade. Parking was easy.

Welcome from staff on reception was 1st class. I sat in their garden which was beautiful. Breakfast had everything on offer I'd have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel

We arrived at 2230 and found the hof to be dark. There is an electronic keybox outside of the hof, but I did not have a code. I called Hotels.com and they contacted the owner and gave the keybox code to us. The hof and rooms were clean, the bed seem to be a little worn but we were still able to sleep. There is an active train rail located near the hof and it was still ok to stay there. I would stay there again. Service was friendly and the breakfast was very good.
