Unfriendly on arrival, rude with answering questions. Luckily we only needed to stay for a short night.

Hotel was basic but good. We paid 10 euros for the breakfast which was acceptable, plentiful and wholesome. Rooms were okay, everything you need is there.

Good hotel to stay one night, convenient free parking, simple breakfast for 10€. Small room but good air conditioner. We took a bus and tram to visit center of city. Quiet for sleeping, helpful reception.

Convenient logistical location next to a tram and many bus lines to get to Freiburg easily ; convenient & comfortable hotel rooms; friendly receptionists (the reception was only staffed during a certain time window, otherwise entry through a door code) ; on the downside - small rooms, located close to highway ( but with closed windows you could not hear the traffic sounds & the room had air conditioning); personally, I missed a coffee maker & a room safe; breakfast times on a weekend were too late for our purposes ; overall : highly recommended for short business stays ; not recommended for longer vacation stays

I went to take a shower and the towel was dirty. My husband needed to go to the front desk to get another one.
Breakfast was a chaos. People didn’t keep distance. Maybe 8 people around plus kids and adults going back for coffee and juice refills.
The desk clerk at checking was very pleasant.

Hotel is good and we liked it and the price was the best compared to similar hotels for the family room.
One minor aspect is the bed covers are clean but there were some flying dusts.
