Scenically located in the middle of the Menton town

Excellent location! Right by the beach, close to piazza and town. 10 minute walk to train to explore nearby towns. Use Bolt or Uber if going farther. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel with friendly staff but with problem in parking. There is limited place to park (6 places as reception said) and if you have motorcycle you are unlucky, there is no place at all.

A pleasant elegant hotel with friendly helpful staff, close to the sea and within easy walking distance of the station. The wi-fi could be improved.

The location on the sea front is ideally located.Staff friendly. We had problem with been mislead, we were supposed to have balcony. Sadly not..Also for special occasion we decided to have half board.Expected a lovely 3 course meal with a menu.No menu No Choice and for desert alternative option was yogurt,,, or fruit sounded like the breakfast,,So All Dissatisfied....

I love the property and all of the people working there. However it seems like there is a small inconsistency in the pictures of the room, the amenities and what you actually get. I booked a room with a double bed for me and my husband. We got a lot smaller bed ( 120) and the room was nothing like it looked in the pictures. Amenities was consistent of a soap to wash your hands and one all in one soap in the shower. The toilet paper was so thin that it almost disappeared when you touched it. I was really disappointed and made a complaint through Expedia, and was given a beautiful room but, still, if the pictures a bit more up to date I would not have been so disappointed 🙂 The breakfast was small but more than enough. I don't think the management is doing their job properly if they want people to come back. Seems like they are cutting costs on the wrong things. As earlier said, the people working there are absolute gems, and they go above and beyond to help you, and the hotel is in an amazing location and you can walk almost everywhere 🙂

It seemed to cater for an older clientele. .although we are 70 we felt it lacked atmosphere and any entertainment. For such a beautiful hotel we felt it did not reach it.s full potential.

It was great. Right on water, close to eats and drinks and breakfast included. The only down is having to track down a parking garage because street parking can be nonexistent.

The front desk had the kindest ladies 24 hours a day! Every shift and day I felt completely taken care of. From the friendly greeting when I arrived until the sad farewell I was impressed by their knowledge and helpfulness.

Bit the hotel had absolutely none of the little touches that wouldn't cost much money - some tea/coffee making facilities in the room, a little bottle of water, some hair or body soaps etc. Yes there was a bottle of body wash screwed to the wall in the shower. But the room lacked any of those little touches that make you happy when you first open the door!

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are wonderful ! The property is well Maintained. Our room was clean, but could benefit from a little facelift. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast/restaurant gallery is a major bonus. Not only is the gallery beautiful with marble floors overlooking the water, selection was great. Served fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, pastries, deli meats, cheese, cereal, fruits, etc. Fantastic location, beach, restaurants, shopping all at your doorstep.
