Staff was outstanding. Rooms were clean. Only downside was the 'tight' bathroom.

We stayed here in mid June - nothing fancy, room was clean, bed was comfortable, location was easy walking distance to the restaurants, bars, boardwalk, shopping and activities. It was perfect! Would definitely stay again.

Really nice upgraded motel with pool. Right on the main street and walkable to just about everything.

Wonderful place to stay in Lake George.

Very clean, great location, on the negative side, poor soundproofing, entry door locks need to be changed, drapes too short so one can see in the room, noisy tub and shower, entry door not properly sealed.

The staff was very nice and our room was spotless we were very pleased. We came to Lake George to celebrate our 12 year anniversary and we definitely be back.

A nice, basic motel room with parking out front of your room. The front desk guy was super nice. Comfy beds, super clean room. Good size fridge. We only stayed one night, but it was a very good stay.

Walking distance to Lake George Village. Clean and quiet.

Needs serious updating, mosquitoes in the room, humid and smelly. Black mold on ceiling in bathroom. Hardly enough parking. No shampoo, only conditioner. Found a dog hair on my pillow. No one in the office.

Staff was very friendly. Area was perfect for walking/shopping. Would definitely come back!

Rooms are always super clean , owner always welcomes you with a smile and kind words . We stop here on our way through every year and are never dissatisfied.

The place was quaint and the owner friendly. I went to go to my room and was surprised to see my door open and a painter outside doing the edging around the doors. (Strange to give me a room that is being worked on.) First impressions: floor was pretty stain ridden, Wi-Fi is extremely intermittent, TV is extremely slow to change a channel. I needed to get some sleep in order to get up early the next morning. No such luck. The walls are pretty thin, and I had a group next to me with only one volume setting…LOUD. After repeated pounding on the wall, I finally got them to shut up around 2:30. Needless to say, I was pretty tired the next morning.

Just needed a nice clean place to stay for one night and this was it. Very nice property and staff. We liked the king room very much. One tiny note to make is that our room #1, was right next to the utility room/garage so it was a little noisy at some times, but not during the night while we were sleeping.

It was quiet but needed to be a little more modern.

Nice place to stay when in the region. Quiet and comfortable. Great staff. Will book again next season.
