Rented a room to have a slumber party with my grandsons….carpet dingy, swimming pool was locked and dark…when opened, the water was freezing so we couldn’t swim…very disappointed

Shower door was nailed shut, Smoke alarm was missing from the wall. Door was damaged like someone tried to break in. My wife did not feel safe in this room.

We came to the hotel after experiencing a gas leak at home. We were greeting by a helpful young lady that unfortunately I didn't get her name. Room was pleasant for our family as we had our 3 grandkids spending the night. We were checked in quickly and we were able to get a good sleep with the few hours left of the early morning arrival. Breakfast offered a variety of cold and hot food. Food was tasty and proper temperatures. Tara checked us out of our room prompt, efficient and with a smile!

Room was hot and we could never get the temperature to go down. It made it hard to sleep. The shower head wouldnt move. Our leys wouldnt work at all the day we left. Breakfast was slim pickins. The staff was super nice.

This was nothing like the other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at. The rooms were old in disrepair. The ice machines were either missing, broken or out of ice. We had to ring the bell 3 times before anyone came to the front desk when we checked in. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The hallway and room had an overpowering disinfectant smell. The hotel definitely needs some help.

My daughters got a key and walked into the room, thankfully no one was there, but the room they moved them to did not have lights in the bathroom, no toilet paper, no towels and the light fixture was on the counter, and there was something brown in the tub, clearly the room was not ready to be rented out. After 3 calls to the front desk, several texts and my daughters missing the wedding we were there for, I finally had to go down and get it resolved. Ben at the front desk was extremely rude, asked me what I wanted him to do about it, and complained about staff, housekeeping and was clearly not happy with his job. After being told they would take care of the room, they decided differently when we went to check out. Do not recommend at all and as a Hilton Honors member, this is not how anyone should be treated.

Room was dirty, towels looked dirty, no hand soap. Desk people were hard to find. Breakfast was a joke food was mostly gone. No water, no forks, no body working to supply. Worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in and they are almost always good. Rundown place fire the staff and remodel.
