In general everything was really good. They kindly allowed us to check in early around 1pm. Staff was always friendly, breakfast is awesome, they have 24/7 room service. The location is close to everything. The pool is small but my only not so happy moment was the unique day I went to the pool, they have a Switch to call for service in the pool, but it was not working. So I called the front desk from my phone, asking them to send someone, since I wanted a drink.. they said they would go, but they never did. But the day I was checking out, I called asking for a late check-out, and they immediately said yes. So, it was almost perfect after all.

Excellent location, close to main avenues and historical downtown. Spacious rooms, very clea and lignted areas, courteous personnel and includes a complete and delicios hot breakfast with many choices made to the order.

Extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The water was warm and the showers are exceptional. The location was near the middle of the city and everything seemed relatively close. The staff was attentive. Lastly, the breakfast was very good. What more can you ask for?

I liked the proximity to my family's home within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and upbeat. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast expecting coffee, pastries, and cereal. Instead three hot breakfast entrees, fruit and cheese plate, made to order chilaquiles, omelettes and so much more. My major complaint was that the walls were thin enough I could hear everything going on next door! Slept with a pillow on my head. I am a heavy sleeper and have stayed in many different hotels throughout Mexico and the U.S. but never had that occur. I mentioned it...although it's out of their control.

Hotel is located about 2 miles from downtown but still covenient. Hotel offer free rides to downtown. Breakfast buffete food is fantastic staff at hotel are incredible attentives and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Turotel. The room was well equipped, clean and the beds comfortable with very nice sheets. Plenty of hot water in the shower. There is nowhere to go close by but the front desk is happy to call a cab and Uber is very well represented in QRO so you can get anywhere easily. Historic centro is just a few minutes away by car. The breakfast is great and well worth the upgrade in price.

I stay here regularly for business, it is inexpensive and very well kept. Excellent location to depart for Querataro or surrounding cities. though the front rooms face the highway, so some noise is expected in these rooms.

Stayed one night for business. The hotel is great for the price. Not a lot of luxury but it was clean and convenient to where I was needing to be for a business meeting. I did have to speak up when they said my room reservation did not include breakfast as my reservation mentioned. I had my printed reservation and they honored the breakfast to their credit. Other than that issue the place was fine.
