Our room had a bed bug, it was crawling near my 4 year old child while he was sleeping. Our room was moved but no courtesy phone was given as requested from management. No partial reimbursement was offered or other accommodations. Imagine moving small children plus bags to a whole different floor at 2am in the morning. The staff did their best with what they could do but won’t be returning since management didn’t even bother to reach out.

The service during dinner was excellent and the food very good. It was nice to see that there was a restaurant, not just breakfast. The room itself was fine, but the couch was very old and sort of smelly.

This hotel was clean and convenient to places to shop and eat. The room was apportioned well with a small refrigerator but lacked a microwave. The breakfast was tasty with suitable variety. Í´d stay here again.

Great spot and friendly folks. We had a little mini suite with a living room, wet bar and two double beds, very spacious and well kept. Everyone working there was super attentive and professional. The shower was amazing, lots of pressure and hot water. Our floor was very quiet so sleeping was a breeze.
My only negative was the breakfast but hey what do you expect for a free hotel breakfast, it really wasn’t an issue as they kept us stocked up with coffee in the room and there is a nice family restaurant only a block from the room so walking there was easy.
We will definitely be staying here again when visiting CT.

The facility was definitely outdated. The rooms had stains on the carpet, the bed frame had a hole in it, the ottoman wheel was not even attached the base, the bed was not comfortable at all, and the breakfast was not good. The best parts of the facility was the check in agent and the whirlpool (pool) although super small it was perfect for my timid one year old. I would not recommend this place. You definitely get what you pay for.
