We came to celebrate my friends Bachelorette, and they upgrated us to a better room. Staff were super nice and kind. The pool and Jacuzzi were very nice and a cute spot. Breakfast was great and the location was also very good.

We had a great visit. Nick at the front desk was fantastic! He gave us an upgrade and we really appreciated it because we were not having the best visit to the area up till that point when we encountered him. My wife actually remembered him from a visit a year ago and also had good things to say about him at that time. Please continue to encourage your employees to remember the value of a smile and good customer service. It makes a big difference for your guests. Nick will be an added reason for us to return in the near future to visit our son who lives in Wappingers Falls, and to recommend the Hotel to our friends. The breakfast was also great. Good variety of items and very tasty. Thanks Holiday Inn Express.

Very clean hotel and extremely wonderful staff especially Mona at check in.

My stay was accidentally booked and I tried to cancel within an hour, after realizing what happened. Hotel denied my refund. They charged me a steep amount for not being there. Even after calling multiple times to try to explain the situation, they just gladly took my money. NOT HELPFUL! Ridiculous that company this big won’t cancel your stay and provide a refund. Stay away from Holiday Inn!!!!!

Mona, the front desk receptionist, was exceptional and definitely deserves a higher position due to her professionalism. She was very efficient, and the check-in process was smooth. Her supervisor, Nick, was also very accommodating. It was a great stay for both kids and family. The lady handling breakfast was also very professional and friendly. One thing we admired was that she kept a smile on her face the entire time we were in the breakfast room. No matter who asked for help, she was always friendly. I apologize for not asking her name. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and I would rate it 10 out of 10. The pool hours were convenient, and breakfast was included with our stay. We had a special needs adult with us, and both Nick and Mona were very accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I could give it 5 stars over all but the breakfast buffet was meh( low grade cafeteria grade items) overcooked bacon,an absmal amount of fresh fruits AND with the uptick of COVID there should be signs with hand sanitizing stations at every entrance of the dining area. also the coffee was a horrible dark roast blend.

Loved this hotel with beautiful views inside and outside. Enjoyed the pool & hot tub! The gym was cool too! Free coffee/tea 24/7. Wish the breakfast hours lasted longer during the weekend with better hot food item choices. Overall excellent!
