The facilities are not new, but it is a nice hotel where you can feel the atmosphere of Bali. Unlike Kuta, there were few young people and it was quiet. There are cafes on the path along the private beach, so you can enjoy it at night.

The Prama is conveniently situated - luv that it’s right across from the beach - close to restaurants that are really good - rooms are needing a bit of a revamp but so clean - all staff excellent - this is our 2nd time here. Would come back next year again.

The evening entertainment was enjoyable, resort grounds are lovely. Breakfast is excellent. Local area is great for walking and dining. Room itself was quite worn out and not thoroughly clean.

Loved this property it is very large 438 rooms, 5 restaurants and 2 of the biggest pools, one for the children and another one quite a bit away for the adults and right on the beach My first impression was too big, but soon got used to it as it still very quiet. It is great for adults, children and people with mobility problems. The staff were fantastic and the person how looked after our room was incredible nothing was too much for him

Had a great 4 night stay. Location wise it is super. Loved the fact its straight at the beach. Quite a lot of noise from the corridors - doors slamming etc. But other than that it was a great and convenient stay.

We have stayed here before and like the location, service and close proximity to amenities and the variety of activities available. As a regular lap swimmer the pool is fantastic. We had a deluxe room with an ocean view and it was worth the upgrade. The breakfast buffet is a real treat and all staff are very friendly

We had a lovely room overlooking the pool and sea. The bed for our granddaughter had not been set up for our arrival and on unpacking found that apart from a wardrobe there was only 1 small drawer for our clothing. Breakfast was great with a big variety of food and the staff all over the hotel were very helpful and pleasant.

I stayed for 5 nights with my daughter and sadly we both felt we needed to spend as much time awaynfrom the hotel as possible. A few of the mornings the breakfast was made overly busy with people at the events at the conference centre on site. Most of the food was poor quality too so opted to pay to eat elsewhere the last morning. On the booking, as a gold member it stated free late checkout where available, the hotel reception however insisted that whilst late checkout was available it would be chargeable. The kids facilities are very dated, not like on the pictures, so be aware of this. It is however in a decent location. I was due to stay again later in the year with more family but now looking at alternatives.

Room had few plugs in operative tv reception was awful housekeeping average only ever got 2 bath towel never had a hand towel ,cups never cleaned ,13 night stay never had sheets changed. Gardens and pools fabulous Breakfast area very good buffet very good tea and coffe awful. While we were there the Bamboo Bar reopened dont think it was as nice as last year.$22 for a bacardi and coke not many people will keep going back just head next door to Bobbys same đrink $8 Probally will go back again if only just for breakfast area pool area and gardens not to forget Warung Beach Breeze (left at Main Road and on corner). Overall an excellent resort , downside not enough pool or beach beds to accommodate the size of guest and we visited before peak ?

Booked a non smoking garden view room & was initially allocated a rooftop view room when we advised that was incorrect Reception said there was no other room available, when I spoke to a different person at reception & indicated we wanted a refund & would go elsewhere they quickly found a room.That room was ok except the people in the room next door were continuously smoking a pipe on their balcony so we were unable to use our balcony,had enough after 3 days & the duty manager moved us to a suite which was good of him but it would have been better to have what we paid for non smoking garden view room in the first place.It spolt our stay at this hotel.
