Stayed for one night, the only downside was the lift was not working. Was at the hotel for an event so it was convenient to stay. Breakfast had a selection of hot foods. The room was clean and comfortable, id stay again.

One night stay. The hotel and rooms are very dated, very old decore and old style bathroom with shower curtain.

Stay was reasonable however hotel was generally in need of a refurb with paint on doors quite grubby, also stains on the ceiling and an air con unit badly in need of cleaning. Bed was quite uncomfortable. There was also no bottled water in the room.

I stayed here because I had an event close by and it seemed convenient. Little did I expect the issues I would face. Non-working toilet, no hot water in the sink, a shower that only had scalding hot water, gum and debris embedded in brown g, a window that wouldn’t close, the constant smell of burning wood fire, a party that went to 1 am, scratchy towels, a breakfast that I couldn’t eat (ate a stewed tomato and coffee) and countless other issues. And this was after changing my room Twice!

A lovely Hotel close to Windsor with friendly staff. Our bed was quite uncomfortable which was a shame as overall this is a nice hotel.

A good hotel to tour film locations around Pinewood and Black Park. Ample parking, drinks terrace & garden, cosy restaurant with limited menu. Food prepared well, nothing fancy. Rooms are decent & clean, perhaps looking a little tired around the edges. Bed mattress soft. Good all round stay, friendly and courteous staff.

Air conditioning in room does not work, only kicks out hot air. A fan is provided, but it is incredible laid and just blasts warm air around the room. As a result I needed to have the window open all night onto a main road. This was very noisy. Sweltering room, with little to no sleep. Would not recommend this hotel.

This is a tired hotel which could be so much better. First room allocated was tiny, no A/C, dirty old carpet. Staff were great about reallocating us, but the "upgraded" room was little better. No working lift, A/C very poor, understaffed at meal times. The grounds are lovely, but we won't be returning here.

The reason for my lower scores is the hotel was hosting a very very large traveller community wedding on the same night and this wasn't explained at booking time. They were up most of the night shouting, swearing etc directly under our room windows. We did not feel comfortable or safe to complain. The wedding also trashed the communal toilets near reception making them unusable for us whilst we ate in the restaurant. A quieter evening I am sure the venue would be lovely.
