A view to die for, complemented by all the creature comforts you can imagine, backed up by incredibly kind, engaging staff. The oceanfront suites are extra comfortable and well-equipped from a technology standpoint. We'd stay here again, no doubt.

We were looking for an easy getaway from the city to reset. This was the perfect spot - the view was stunning and the room was cozy. Loved the fireplace, aura lighting and spacious bathroom tub. Will definitely keep this spot in mind for the future.

Wonderful trip once again. I’ve stayed here twice and I’ve had a great experience both times. Right on the beach, close enough to haystack rock while also close enough to walk to shops and grab a coffee in the morning. Will definitely be back!

Best location on cannon beach. Comfortable beds. Too many lights from appliances shine in the room at night so I had to cover things with towels. Low adirondacks in balcony are nice but too low so u can’t see the view when you sit in them. High bar height Adirondack chairs would be better. Amazing views. Good amenities and ev chargers. Nice stay. Room was much smaller than online view so if that matters double check size. Clean bathrooms

Great location. Nice room. Walls are thin so dogs and kids from other rooms made it difficult to sleep. With that said, excellent location to walk on the beach and gorgeous views. Definitely a dog and kid friendly resort!

The place is amazing, perfect location. Views are amazing, rooms are beautiful and comfy. We booked via hotels.com and the photo of the view for the room we booked was misleading. While they didn’t have space in the one we thought we booked they did a lot to make up. I would for sure stay here again and bring family.

Great location. Nice room. Walls are thin so dogs and kids from other rooms made it difficult to sleep. With that said, excellent location to walk on the beach and gorgeous views. Definitely a dog and kid friendly resort!

We just stayed here for the third time. A really nice resort at the wonderful Cannon beach. The staff is super friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

I've been staying at the Surfsand Resort since my parents brought me as a teenager in the early 80's. It's traditionally been a great place to stay and this time was no exception. Great property. Great location. Great indoor pool & hot tub. Great friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff too!

Definitely book and oceanfront balcony room. Perfect place to watch the sunset over the ocean and for sunrise reading. I loved everything abut the room especially the slippers provided and the high end finishes. I wish we could have stayed longer. Easy access to beach and Haystack rock. Cannon Beach is magical. Top notch customer service at the check in desk. The restaurant on site is great for breakfast.

We felt right at home when we arrived at Surfsand! The location was beautiful and the room was well appointed with dishes and coffee. The special touches like the welcome drinks and warm cookies made our stay even more unique!
One tip - ask for a room without an adjoining door the suite next to you. We found that sounds carried quite easily between the two units.

Nice overall. Parts of room were a little worn out. Towel hook in bathroom was barely hanging on. Chair on balcony was missing a piece that made it hard to use. Beach area is also part of public beach, so ocean view is less then great.

Beachfront rooms have great view of Cannon Beach and Haystack Rock. We had King Studio - separate living area, huge bathroom and king bedroom plus balcony. Well worth the extra cost!

A small living room area and kitchenette included. Enough space for 2 people. Bathroom included a shower and bathtub, which was surprising in a good way. Definitely will stay again in the future. Loved our stay! We were greeted with delicious warm cookies and rootbeer. The location is superb with beautiful views of haystack rock and access to the beach. the rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. They had a great pool and fun activities going on including fire pits on the beach with smores. Loved this hotel!
