Excellent Hotel. As always - employees are courteous and valet parking very attentive. Place is very comfortable and clean, nice view, great food - especially the lady that cooks to your liking in front of you. She made the best breakfast for my 3.5 yr old son.

Was a cute hotel with a lot of luxury the facilities, the rooms are quite old, my experience was good but my business partners had a different experience.

They need to improve the cleanliness, bathroom are dirty because it’s an old building but the service in bedrooms could improve a lot, just basic maintenance and service for the money you spend in the location don’t make sense. There’s a lot of more options with better quality in the surrounding area.

The property is in an excellent location. The hotel was clean and the pool was amazing. The only issue is the hotel was over crowded and under staffed. Check-in took about 1 hr.

I stayed here before but this time I was in a lower floor than usual (4th). On Saturday night they had party in the banquet room that blasted music until 2am. The pool was also closed on one of the days I was there.

Really bad checkin.
Initially I was given a room half made. Door was open when we arrived at the room.

The staff were great! We stayed 5 nights and everyone was super friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend staying here. They had a breakfast buffet were everything from the fruit to the tacos and varied Mexican dishes were delicious. The are felt safe and there were 2 big malls with restaurant walking distance from the hotel.

Stay started good, but once we laid on the bed and took off comforter, pillowcases smelled like wet rags a very unpleasant smell either pillow cases or sheets.

Looks like some upgrades were done in the room, but poor workmanship. The shower pan was extremely dirty. The A/C controls were not working in my room and maintenance had to come to my room twice in a span of an hour. Very disappointed. Not going back!

Not the best experience, it was supposed that we got free breakfast but it was charged as nobody explained the conditions of the breakfast, check out took more than 10 minutes waiting, and parking lot elevator was not working.
