Quiet

It was very noisy could not sleep and air conditioner was so loud and not cold. I called front desk for water & man told me I was rude for asking about water. Just bad service location was super noisy and banging on doer at 3 am.

Marvelous customer service. My family has been going through a tragic moment and have been back and forth to thr hospital. My brother in law had a work accident and fell of roof so he is in critical condition and we cant move from the area since we live 2 hours away. I looked it because i need to make sure they are clean and arnt ghetto since i have my in laws and my children with me. I feel safe here and the front desk go over and beyond to help me and help me in any way possible. I can literally say that best place ive stayed so far. Since you know that its a combinations of cleanliness customer service and feeling safe. Thank you Tarzana much appreciated 🙏

The hotel is a diamond in the rough. The surrounding area is rough but the hotel is lovely with wonderful staff. We will stay here again.

Not as good as you will get for the same price elsewhere. I stay there for proximity to my destination. It is always an adventure - and not a good one.

Room was nice and roomy. The location was good for us. I would probably stay again. It was quiet, peaceful, and great it had a pool with tables to relax at. The price was higher then I expected based on what Hotels.com show. I had no choice to stay.

The pool was closed. It was 90 degrees it should have been opened. In tge bedroom there was just one desk chair. And a large empty space eherd an arnchaur eould have been convenient.

Continental breakfast is limited and grab and go. Not the healthiest either. Very clean room.

Excellent location. Room had been updated, was very clean & comfortable. On a busy street but relatively quiet. Encountered no problems, maid service was great. The morning snack box was a nice benefit.

Quiet, comfortable accommodations. Our family had to be near Providence Cedars-Sinai and this was a short drive away. Close to shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

The management is really nice and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay here. I will be coming back :) Also liked that it was really clean.

The property is not a resort but offers good basic living accommodations. The rooms were clean and quiet but a bit on the small side. Comfortable for 1 but a bit crowded for 2. The bathrooms were relatively large and updated. The hot water took a few minutes to arrive at the taps. The room refrigerator was a reasonable size. The room could use a microwave since the Inn does not provide a breakfast other than a grab and go snack box.

It's a great place - easy access to 101 n and s, nice little pool and staff was great. room was great - ac felt so good! we felt quite safe. enjoyed the boxed continental breakfasts and having a fridge in room was great. we will definitely stay there again. i do wish their was a mirror in the room, other than just the bathroom.

I've stayed here a few times. It's an older building and a bit hidden off Ventura Blvd. Despite its age, the rooms have been well maintained, always clean and the staff has always been courteous and great. A nice find if you're looking for something reasonable outside of the chain hotels.
