I’ve stayed at this hotel a lot. They make everything super easy and the rooms are really great for the price. Also, I always bring a fan with me everywhere I go when I travel it it was getting kind of dusty. I was actually going to clean it when I got home, when I noticed that one of the staff at the hotel had done it for me. I just thought that was really cool. It’s the reason I left this review.

Our one night stay was perfect for a place to stay close to a wedding venue that we were attending. We had asked about early checkin so we could use the room to get ready for the wedding. I called and were told our room was ready for check in. When we arrived, the room was a 2 queen bed, accessable room (which we do not need) and not the king room we had reserved. We were told that our king room would not be available until at least 45 minutes later (which would also have been after the 4:00 check in time). That did not leave us enough time to change for the wedding. We begged to be able to change in the queen room and then get the room we wanted when available. Reluctantly they allowed us to change in the queen room. We did understand their reluctance and promised not to touch a thing in the room, just change our clothes. We then brought our luggage back to the desk and then we were able to get into the correct room. It all worked out, but was very disconcerting at first, as we would have prepared for the wedding before arriving if we knew the room was not ready.

It's quiet, safe and the front desk service is good. I've been here three weeks in a row. I hope breakfast can be more rich😄

We came to this hotel after leaving another due to bugs. This place was very clean, accommodating, and safe. It was nice to have the free hot breakfast and parking. Zero complaints.

This property is a little bit above the median price for the area, but i'd say that the value you get may be appreciated if you pay a few bucks extra. The layout of the room is well planned. i got a suite which was divided in the middle by an island. Even though there was really just one big room+bathroom, you could feel 5 distinct zones: 1: kitchen/dining 2: living room: 3: office 4: bedroom 5: washroom/bathroom The use of space was so clever, even though it was a rectilinear design, the space was functionally toriodal (donut-shaped). So, the result was that all of the space in the room felt well-used and functionally liveable. Also it was very easy to "switch modes" from cooking, watching teevee, working, or resting. there were 2 teevees, one "living room" and one "bedroom" (which i didin't use). I don't normally watch much, but i love to catch up while travelling, but i will easily become overwhelmed by a teevee facing the bed. this room let me choose my viewing arrangement. The included breakfast was really good (i'm not a breakfast person either). Also it is stumbling distance to Trader Joes, and adjacent to the amazing and beautiful Santa Monica Mountains of Malibu! only 2 things were questionable: 1. The internet was AWFUL. 1/2 megabyte per second wifi or 35 megaBITS ethernet. truly terrible 2. the air conditioning and the thermostat were too far away, so the only real settings were too hot (it's a 95 degree heat wave) or too cold... :P

Nice location right off the 101 Freeway about 15 minutes drive from Malibu beaches. Clean property and well staffed. Good breakfast that changes up during the week. Could use a little better insulation on the windows to keep the freeway noise down. Right across the freeway from excellent dining options in Agoura Hills, CA.

the good - Nice location in the hills. Housekeeping once arrived, did a good job. the not so good - Staff was overwhelmed. Not enough bedding, towels on day one. Breakfast and hot water, for coffee ran out due to demand. bad response times to replenish, had to call multiple times. bulb in fan broken, cook top large grill broken, could have been vetted before guest Check in. Manageable issues, just need the intent and more staff.

The Associate who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, quiet, and modern with a great pool and spa. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The rooms were spacious and modern and the kitchen and bath were well stocked.

Hotel made up of multiple buildings; required going outside to get to lobby/breakfast. Nice area, convenient food and shopping options within a few minutes drive and Trader Joe's directly next door. Friendly staff, checked on stay over text and provided option to express check out by text with emailed receipt.

We stayed here for a week and I can’t say enough great things about the property, location; and friendliness of staff! It was wonderful! We’ll be back for sure!!

Evening of June 30-Check in attendant was terrible. Not friendly or inviting. Did not offer us the water, which I went back after check in to get. I had to ask for wifi information. Not usually this unfriendly, must have been a bad day for her. Typically, We enjoy staying there.

We stayed here for a week and I can’t say enough great things about the property, location; and friendliness of staff! It was wonderful! We’ll be back for sure!!
