Always love the Anniversary Inn. The tub could use a little love (handle comes off) but the overall room was great!

The check in experience left something to be desired. We had to wait to find somone to check us in. They sent out an email saying we could say trick-or-treat at check in for a special surprise but the attendant had no idea and seemed irritated. There was no offer to find out. The attendant also didn't give us a form to select our tea and shortbread cookies as needed for the room. We had to go back later and ask for it.
The room was nice and clean. It had a lot of great decorations and made us feel like we were in London.
The checkout experience was also a bit dull as the attendant was not friendly and still had no idea about the trick-or-treat surprise.

When they send you an email for a check in time and you choose a time and plan your afternoon around that check time they need to honor the check in time with out having to pay extra.

This place is truly amazing, definitely worth it. We stayed in the Swiss Family room and the bed is in a loft. The shower was an elephant head. As I said absolutely amazing place to stay!!!

Probably the nicest room we’ve ever stayed in. Amazing location downtown. A nice treat with the delivered breakfast! Wonderful staff that did everything to make our stay special. Will definitely be coming back.

The rooms are designed based on a theme. Ours was a Country Garden. Tastefully done. Clean as well. Staff were accommodating

We are sitting at home downtown as it snowed outside… We thought a hot tub would be great… traditional suits were all booked out in town so on the whim, we looked at the anniversary inn. They were so accommodating, and the place was quaint and perfect… it was the epitome of spontaneous and we had an amazing time.

The style is quaint and inviting. I found mostly clean rooms. I did notice a few repairs...rug was worn out next to tub, bathroom needed painted along the bottom edges of door, carpet could have been a bit cleaner around the edges, too. Very minor items!

Loved the different themes of rooms and the complimentary breakfast was warm, tasty, lovely and a great start to the day,

This was our third time to stay at Anniversary Inn, and it was great! The themed rooms are always fun, the jetted tub was very relaxing and the food was delicious! It is always impressive how quiet the rooms are and how you can feel so removed from all the pressures around you. It was a very special time away with my husband, where we were able to relax and enjoy being together.
