We booked a small room with a queen bed and it was attractive, clean, and just what we needed for two nights. If you cannot negotiate steep stairs, this is not your place.
Staff was friendly, very helpful, and a joy with which to deal. Included breakfast was yummy! First morning was spinach quiche, ham, and pancakes, with fruit salad, hard boiled eggs, muffins, and the expected drinks on offer. Second morning was French toast instead of pancakes. This place is great for the traveler who likes to be independent and experience the area. You can walk to the harbor and restaurants are around within walking distance. We took their card for next time!

Nice, quiet, maybe a third of a mile walk up the hill from the busy Thames St. Would stay again. Would be nice if the adjacent cafe would open before 8am.

The Inn at Bellevue was a fantastic choice for walkability to points of interest in Newport. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was easy and convenient. Due to the age of the property, some parts of the room were in need of attention (TV and Toilet). Overall, very pleased with our stay and experience. Would absolutely book again!

The staff was friendly and you can smell the fresh bakeries being made in the morning. Also location is very central to Thames and actually was quieter since you are up on the hill. No ice in our building, no coffee maker in our building could put keurig on 2nd floor other buildings have ice and coffee. Rm 8 is very small double bed for 2 people but it is jammed against wall have to climb over other person like in camper expensive for cruiseship size room be careful look closely at room you get ...our bill for 2 nights was $630

I do like this hotel, however, the room we had was possibly the smallest hotel room on earth… we barely had a place to put our luggage. The bathroom was very tiny and dark and the toilet was tucked into a corner where you could hardly sit on it. We paid over $250 for this room. I would stay here again but definitely will make sure I don’t get this room!
