The stay was way too short, but we experienced the availability and kindness of the people at Charley's
We were early and the room was not ready yet. The did bring all our bags in our room without asking

We have been travelling in Europe for a month and this is the best hotel so far! So beautifully decorated, cozy bed and we have never had such a delicious breakfast 😊

The Room and food was okay however I got charged twice for this stay 1st by the Hotel since they did not receive payment from Expedia apparently.. and 2nd by Expedia who won’t credit me my money for some stupid reason.. Not happy how this stay turned out!!!
