Amazing staff, ready to assist with any need, specially with recommendations for tours, restaurants and places to go. My wife and I loved our stay. Also, they have a nice rooftop with a view to Valletta city.

Had a fantastic stay here in July for my partner’s 30th birthday. The staff were so friendly and offered some great recommendations and advice while we were in Malta. The room was great, air conditioning was great and the room cost and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again. So convenient for Valletta and transport to other areas of Malta.

A great stay. A small boutique hotel with charm and style. Room was really nice. Great service and assistance from all at the hotel. Staff were exceptional. Walkable to all amenities required, but far enough away from the crowded Main Street of Valletta. I would stay here again gladly.

We had such a lovely stay at 23 Boutique. Our room (7) was comfortable and quiet with fantastic a/c. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. It was super hot and humid during our stay and really quite uncomfortable to walk in so we did opt for Bolt which was very reliable. However, had we come in a cooler month we would have had no trouble walking or taking the bus - this hotel is located easily for both of these options. There is a lift and a really pleasant roof terrace. I highly recommend this hotel for good value, location and a welcoming and helpful reception.

Quiet location but walking distance to centre of Valletta, beautiful hotel with lovely staff (Andrea especially) enjoyed the roof top terrace on a few occasions . Would highly recommend.

This is a tiny, unique hotel, with a lot of charm. It is situated in the city, yet inside, you discover a glass covered belvedere which feels private and elegant. The rooms are really lovely and well equipped. The rooftop is open every day with a great view of Valletta. It is extremely quiet if you specify a quiet (inside) room when making a reservation. The staff was exceptional! Their attention to detail was a great comfort. If you arrive late, there are lock boxes outside with the room keys. Each step was illustrated in an email of exactly what to do. It was my first time, and it was so easy! The staff also made sure I was able to contact them directly should I have any problem. Very well situated, this hotel is a short walk (600 m) to the Independence Statue. This is where the Malta city sightseeing buses pick up (Valletta City Center stop). The main bus station is just across the street, where you can catch a ride to anywhere in Malta. If you move on past the bus station, you will find hundreds or restaurants and shops in the city center. There is also the Barrakka Lift, in the city fortifications, which will bring you 190 feet down to the Valletta waterfront and back for 1€!

As a solo female traveller, I was comfortable to walk back to the hotel at night time from Valletta (in general, it is safe in Malta). The room is clean and spacious. The mattress is very good and I am able to sleep very well every single night (I normally cannot sleep very well in a new bed). The owner is very nice and suggests a few places for me to go in the city. I did arrive late at night and the self-check in process was very smooth. I am very glad that I chose this boutique hotel and my stay was very pleasant. You will need to get your own water, as they only provide one small bottle of water on arrival, which has been clearly stated in the house rule or instruction. I don’t think the tap water tastes well in Malta. Thank you Ryan and Mia for the warm welcome. I enjoyed the stay with you!
