It was Bike Week, so there was plenty of people watching to do. However, only one elevator was working, which was very small and the cleaning staff did not make up our room once during our trip. I had to search down clean towels myself. That being said, the pool deck was very nice.

Upon arrival AC wasn't working properly, kept shutting off on low setting. TV was so fuzzy could hardly watch. Galen, the maintenance guy replaced them and all was good. Thank you Galen for taking care of business.

Good location, elevator was out of order. Definitely needs to be updated. We still enjoyed our time .

It was average for a two night stay. First off they need to fix the doors. There was an about a 4 inch gap above the door that had an issue. It would be nice to put in a small table and chairs in the room. I have back issues and it’s not ideal for me to eat on the floor or on the foot of the bed. Some of the carpet was pulled up on the sides. There was no fan in the bathroom either

On 5th floor and main elevator out of service, only service elevator and it was unavailable most of time

Had to wait 10min or more for elevatorto get to your floor to pick you up. The bath tubs were very slippy, NO hand bars in tub/shower. There was a very big beautiful pool. The pool was maintanined very well. Waiters And staff wew pleasant.

The bed was horrible, a bus stop bench would’ve been more comfortable. The door had a giant crooked gap at the bottom. Besides those two things, everything else was fine. It’s a middle of the road room. The bed was probably the original one whenever the hotel first opened. Check in and check out was quick and easy, staff is nice. Parking situation is weird but whatever. Ocmd is always a good time.

Bartenders two specifically were amazing!

Property needs to update the rooms! Clean the hallway carpet and update the bathrooms add a microwave to each room! Conveniently right on the boardwalk close to everything.

Older property that requires updates, room door didn't seal, but I felt safe. Soaking tub jets didn't work (in room) and there was sand still in the tub from after it was cleaned because it drained so slowly, but it was oversized and there was plenty of hot water. Old, worn carpet but it was clean. Housekeeping came everyday with new sheets and towels. Rooms were small, no chairs or tables, but there was a welcoming family atmosphere in the many gathering areas with plenty of seating: hotel lobby, out on the deck in front, in and around the pool area, at and around the bar. Overall, it was very pleasant for myself and two teenage boys. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

1st time staying and it was all of what I thought it would be. Across from the beach, staff was kind, live band, pool was good sized, hot tubs were taken but that was okay. Had an all around great time.

This hotel needs to be upgraded. Also the main elevator was out of order and we had to use either the stairs or wait for a while for the cleaning crew elevator which needs to be cleaned more often. Counter service needs to bee more friendly

Can't beat it for the money

Love the location and amenities. Its lobby is as clean as can be with all the sand feet that travel through it. The staff is constantly trying to clean. Quick check in, room details as requested. Great pool and bar area. Live music every day was a huge plus!

Room did have microwave and fridge but other than that the music played until midnight, the room wasn’t safe

Hotel is Ok for the area & what it offers. Sadly holiday weekend & 1 elevator working other broken. VERY small rooms, no microwave in rm. Otherwise it is friendly very convenient to boardwalk, rocking chairs etc set up for your enjoyment.
