This hotel was even better in person. Happy with the location; close to the bus line to explore other parts of the vineyard. Nice front desk staff. They helped us carry our heavy luggage up the stairs, as there were no stairs. Gingerbread houses were right behind the hotel. Circuit/Main Street, just a couple blocks down the road.

MV is a beautiful place…so you can’t go wrong there. The rooms at Summercamp are clean, but ours was very small with a very small bathroom/shower/sink. If you don’t mind that, it’s got a nice front porch and a convenient location.

Staff was fabulous. The rooms are very, very small. Despite the air conditioning , the room was humid. We were in a corner room and the tv was small and in the corner of the room, so to watch from the bed wasn’t easy. The place has been updated and has a cool, funky vibe, but it doesn’t feel much like the vineyard. The porch was fabulous…spent some time sitting there watching the boats and reading. Location of the hotel is perfect…easy walk to the ferry and to all the shops and restaurants.

Our first visit to Martha's Vineyard was fantastic and it all started with our stay at Summercamp. I usually only stay at 4star or better properties...I suppose your place was fine for the low price...after all, you get what you pay for.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. They have multiple free drink options at carts near each set of rooms. There are also very affordable options to buy/rent beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, etc) so you don't have to bring anything bulky to the island.

Good stay. Perfect location, and updated. Bathrooms are small and old. No elevator is tough and the stairs are steep.

Everything was great but room was tiny. Would have been nice to have a little more space.

In heart of Oak Bluffs. Close to ferries. Eateries and bars right across the street. Staff very friendly. Entire hotel spotless. Only negative was parking.

Seems a bit overpriced

Elevator broken hard to walk up stairs with luggage. Otherwise beautiful spot on the water. Enjoyed my morning coffee on front porch.

Bedroom very small. Smallest bathroom, sink, and shower in have ever seen in a hotel.

A refrigerator in the room would be nice. And more bathroom counter space. Loved the location, the porch, the view, the staff.

We were absolutely thrilled with the property… So much more than we ever expected… Special note the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful regardless of our request… Our room had a beautiful view of Oak Bluff Harbor. It was incredibly clean and very well appointed… Logistically, the summer camp isn’t a perfect location allowing easy access to downtown Oakbluff the ferry drop off sightseeing and local restaurants
