The property was extremely clean. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. The pillows were labeled firm and soft. We had plenty of linens as well.

Overall it was a good stay. The gaps under the doors are large so the noise from the hallway is heard inside the room. Otherwise it was good.

Excellent customer service. Ms.Beth Anne and Ms.Gerri at the front desk were welcoming and very friendly. The room was very clean.

The front staff & maids are great. Sleep is hard with slamming metal doors that shake the walls. No blow dryer in the bathroom, that I was counting on. No condiments with the coffee. The kitchenette is amazing. Fully stocked with all appliances. For just being fully renovated, they really should do something about the doors.

Super clean…..comfy bed. Friendly staff at the desk. Convenient to UARK campus and close freeway access. Definitely will stay there again.

Very clean, comfy, spacious and wonderful, friendly and uber-professional front-desk service from Geri in the evening and the lady in the morning, who's name I forget. Highly recommend this location. I will stay here again.

Newly renovated, finishing up small projects while we stayed. Everything is new and fresh. No covered entry for drop off. If it’s raining, you’re making a run for it with your luggage from your parked car. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a one bedroom suite that is handicap accessible. Couch pulled out to a bed, everything we needed to make up the bed was in the closet. Since the a/c unit was in the main room, the bedroom got a little warm at night because we shut the door to bedroom. There is a fan in the bedroom that helped. My biggest complaint for the bathroom is there is no counter or shelves. It is a sink on the wall and a toilet and a shower. No place for your dap kit.

The carpet installers worked outside of my hotel until 9PM. You could hear consist banging from their knee kickers hitting the baseboard areas of the walls. Maybe it’s just me, but it might have nicer to stop 6pm.

I made our reservation over a week ago, I put into the notes we have a service dog. Upon arriving at the hotel I was told they would not accept our reservation because we had a dog, and all their pet rooms were booked.
