Pros: Nice rooms, nice customer service at the front desk for check in and check out
Cons: When the a/c came on it made a loud noise, much louder than it should have been. Whether parking across the street or valet, there is a charge to park. As much as they charge per night there should be free breakfast included

Enjoyed our staycation at the Westin. Hotel is very convenient to several good restaurants. Valet, check in staff, bellhops and waitstaff were all friendly. Loved the shower in our room! Hope to get back soon.

The stay at the Westin was amazing. It was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. The staff were super friendly and professional. The valet were very consistent no long waits for our vehicles.

Stayed in another upscale hotel in area last trip and this if by far the best option in downtown area. Will definitely stay again when back in town.

Our stay was wonderful. We had a corner room facing the mountains and it was beautiful! The room was gorgeous, the hotel was quiet, and staff were very friendly.

The property was amazing. However the only reason I booked to stay there was to have dinner and drinks at the rooftop bar but upon checking the guest care manager informed us that it was closed on Sundays. Not only that but it was Father's day. Why would they close such an amazing view on a holiday let alone weekend day? Also we walked from the hotel to the Pickle Barrel and three different vagrants stopped us to talk about their stories. I don't carry cash on me so we were of no assistance. There were homeless people everywhere. This was honestly very odd because the downtown area seemed very posh with many boutique style shops, restaurants and bars. The city really needs to do something about that.

Didn't have to wait at all for valet parking. Check in was pleasant. Amenities offered were great. Property appeared well maintained, but you need an arborist to inspect, diagnose and treat your specimen variety pine trees. They look diseased and a few appeared to be dying. Unfortunate, because they're a lovely style of tree not seen often. The room was outfitted nicely. The lavender balm was a nice touch. The bathroom was spacious. Shower setup felt like an upgrade. Room a/c was nice and cold. Mattress was soft. Bed was like sleeping in a cloud. Didn't hear a sound from the hallway. Slept like a rock and it was much needed. Entire experience was noteworthy. I'll definitely stay again.
