This was the absolute worst hospitality experience of our life. Booked 3 nights in the middle of a hurricane evacuation and they CANCELLED the reservation with no communication. They say they tried to call. No record of when. No message on the Hotels.com app where I have had comms from hotels before. No email. They Say they tried to authorize (though it was a Pay at the hotel reservations) and my card “didn’t work.” Somehow, however, hotels.com charged the same card for the trip insurance. The hotel turned us away with no assistance and told us it was not their problem. Extremely unprofessional at the front desk insinuating we did something wrong. We ended up having to drive five hours (after driving 7 hours to get there) to find a place to say due to the hurricane evacuation. Will never stay at a holiday inn or use the hotels.com service again.

What you would expect for a Holiday Inn. It was very clean and the staff was exceptional. The treats and wine upon arrival was a very nice surprise!

The staff was awesome, This is the first property I even been to that didn’t have a “Iron” Me & my husband had to go to our son game with wrinkle clothes on. After driving several hours & trying to check in, get dressed & attend the game on time we didn’t get a chance to buy one. This was very disappointing!!

Very clean and confort

We enjoyed our stay. The first room smelled really musty so they moved us to another room no questions asked and sent someone to research the issue. It may have been the air conditioner. The staff was very nice and very helpful.

Good stay. Comfortable beds. Some highway noise. Hot tub out of order. Staff very polite and helpful.

The rooms were nice but booking was terrible it took almost 2 hours for them to get me in my room because of a small mistake but the lady was so patient and worked so hard to do what she needed to do

The property was very conveniently located within a 1/4 mile to half a mile from the local mall, restaurants, grocery outlets and other shopping areas. There was not an area was not likeable about the property. Some maintenance request on the exercise equipment was addressed and fixed immediately. I would stay there again in the future because of the easy access to everything mentioned above.

Room AC and TV did not work properly. Thankfully only one night stay. Lobby area is nice, pool area needs to be cleaned
