We stayed in this property for one night and really loved it. Staff was amazing and polite. Breakfast had lots of choices, including healthy choices for kids.

Electricity was out for over 2 hours but no staff came and let us know something was being done. Even the storm had moved on

I stay was exceptional. My only concern was check in. The front desk had my email and phone on file. My name was not listed in the reservation so they would not let me check in. My wife had to confirm my reservation which was disappointing since we are both long term Marriott Bonvoy members.

Our room was spacious. Balcony overlooked the restaurant next door.
Impressive views of the area from the roof top restaurant which had great food and music. Staff was nice and professional. Full free breakfast every morning with lots of varieties.
My only complaint was I found hair in the shower left from the previous renter, gross, and the shampoo bottle and body wash dispensers mounted in the shower were empty which left me annoyed. Everywhere else seemed clean. Just looks like they forgot the shower.
I would stay again and make sure I have my own shampoo.

Great hotel. We only stayed one night, but the location was perfect and the staff was very kind. They also have delicious food in there restaurant on top of the hotel with stunning views of a bridge!

They do not make up your room or provide towels but every other day . They did not tell me when I checked in. Threw towels on floor to use a carpet and then had no towels .

Beautiful hotel on the water with a nice pool and great rooms. Only issue is the pillows are terrible. Flat as a pancake. They definitely need to work on that. Besides that I would recommend this hotel.

We were given keys and a room #, but the keys did not work. Went back to desk and had new keys made, only to find out they had initially assigned us the wrong room # which was occupied!
When it was time to sleep, we were so uncomfortable as the bed felt like we were sleeping on a board! Both of us tossed all night and in the morning we asked if there were any other rooms with softer mattresses. Sadly, they sad all beds were the same. We made the decision to forfeit our already prepaid night and leave, rather than spend another aching sleepless night.
