Overall staff were nice but in our room there were sugar ants in the bathroom and table. Even with putting “Make room please” sign on the door twice room service never came before we checked out after 4 doors

Rooms are old outdated pillows worn out found bed bug in room 410 and no hot water in the morning very unpleasant hotel.
Shady things like drug deals or prostitution going on.
I dont recommend this to family oriented persons traveling.bring lysol if you deside to stay.

This is one of my worst room ever stayed in. Beds are dirty, pillows are old and uncomfortable, the floor laminate tiles are loose and the floor is not straight. Aircondition is noisy. Furniture is old and should be disposed. The office closed after we checked in. No one was available to complain to.

It's probably the filthiest place I've been at so far. Been traveling Florida and its hotels and motels for more than 20 years but this is one of the worst.
Please spend more and stay at a chain hotel, can't recommend this to anyone.

The room looks nothing like the advertisement on Expedia. Water damage, mold and old furniture. Smell is terrible.
Front desk is never there.
I bought sheets to cover the nasty bed.

trouble with door, flat pillows, only two towels, used only hot water for bath, WiFi issues ‘internet not on’ finally used it at the front desk after 7:15am, lots of men drinking outside, one man sitting on our AC unit, later arguing with each other, room phone not working, AC finally reached 70 at about 2am, wanted room changed but said ours was the last of two beds, etc.
