Parking was not easily available and on street parking limited snd expensive. When exiting the parking, you then had to return the key to reception which would not be easy to park up to return to receptions.
Reception not 24hrs.

Checkin was not okay. First of all the entrance of the hotel is not looking okay (broken glass and a forced door). After asking for a parking place the lady told me there was no place, after telling that my car is full with luggage she gave me the key for the parking garage. Which was totally empty!
When we entered the room it was missing a baby bed for our 1 year old son. After telling this the only answer was that I had to tell this in the morning upon arrival (I’ve booked two months in advance!) and she was not making any moves to help or support. We’ve left the hotel and booked another hotel with a baby bed. After telling this there was even no movement from the staff to keep us in or even ask what they can do to keep us satisfied. Don’t go to this hotel!

I would say our stay was fine for 1 night although I think overpriced for what you get. The location isn’t the best, had to drive to get to a restaurant. There is no A/C or fans in the room and having the window open made it way to loud to sleep from all the street noise and the people drinking and making noise at the front of the building. Overall the hotel is ok for a quick stay but wouldn’t recommend for more than 1 night

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was no air conditioning nor parking garage availability. The couch was filthy! And so was the shower. The bed was comfortable (not the couch mattress).

Great accommodation convenient for direct tram to main station and city .
Would have like to have been able to have breakfast but this was fully booked

Staff were really nice and responsive. Area is close to a tram stop and within walkable distance to the city center.

The hotel was ideally situated for access to the city and beyond. Good facilities. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Impossible to contact them … the phone # provided on their website and on Expedia is dead.We we’re told to call them to arrange check in .. impossible to do so we showed up … no one was there finally someone showed up at 5 pm. Paid for parking and we’re not told where to park had to return to desk to figure out parking . Breakfast was extra, 10 euros and terrible .. no hot food like other lovely buffets we’ve had in Germany. Poorly equipped kitchen. Also EXTREMELY loud on the street night and HOT , no AC. The room is a good size and easily accessible and had all the amenities we needed.
However, we asked for extra towels which never came and the pool opened an hour later than stated on the door. The breakfast was simple and finished quickly, they only topped up the basic items like bread. It seemed that they were understaffed.
The place is a good if you want a small apartment for two.

We arrived too late for checkin, but got in thanks to very helpful texts in English from the hotel. The apartment was very comfortable and great value: roomy, with everything you need to cook a basic meal. I loved having access to the pool.

I hated the hotel. No airconditioning, hotel didn't open until 5pm, no restaurant, terrible location. I left and went to another hotel and had to pay extra money but had a lovely room, airconditioning and right across from train station with lits of restaurants and lots to do.

No ventilator nor Central cooling system. Windows don't have bugs nets. Since it was very hot, I had one of two choices, either open the window and enjoy the sound of the cars outside or sleep in an oven.
The bathroom makes 50% of the room, no curtain in the shower, so water runs on the floor.

Good location when coming by car from Germany. Heavy traffic nearby but window insulation is really good. Central A/C works well. Room was comfortable, clean, and everything worked properly.

Excellent accommodations met our every need. Very clean, staff extremely courteous and helpful. Had a room especially for bicycles. Property a leisurely 30 minute stroll to Little France. Tram right near property.
