A comfortable, spacious room and separate kitchenette with a balcony that has a glorious view. You do need to be willing to walk up stairs, but the effort is well worth it. Terrific hospitality. Great breakfast. Hope we can return one day.

I wish we had stayed here longer. Absolutely beautiful 2 level apartment with a kitchen, bedroom on both floors with huge bathrooms. Breakfast was in a separate location, very close by, excellent pizza trattoria right across from us but numerous restaurants close by. This is a great town to use as a base for other towns in Puglia. Reception desk is only open limited hours in the morning and afternoon but that is known to you in advance. Checkin was quick and easy and you are escorted to your room and provided with a brief explanation on what to do if the power goes out or if you don’t have hot water. Loved the attention to details.

Breakfast was in a separate location, very close by, excellent pizza trattoria right across from us but numerous restaurants close by. This is a great town to use as a base for other towns in Puglia. I was originally looking for a hotel – which this is not. The host is a company who rents a number of very charming apartments in the old town of Locorotondo. Besides that the locations were spectacular, the breakfast arrangement works very nicely and the staff was very attentive. I extended my stay 2 nights because I liked it so much.

We had a wonderful one night stay at this fascinating hotel, and chanced upon an amazing suite which had two double bedrooms, a kitchen area, a little en suite bathroom and an incredible separate bathroom with the most impressive bathtub! Locorotondo is a beautiful town to visit and we were so pleased to stay here. Everything was walkable, the parking was very easy and the concierge could it have been more helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful one night stay at this fascinating hotel, and chanced upon an amazing suite which had two double bedrooms, a kitchen area, a little en suite bathroom and an incredible separate bathroom with the most impressive bathtub! Locorotondo is a beautiful town to visit and we were so pleased to stay here. Everything was walkable, the parking was very easy and the concierge could it have been more helpful. Highly recommend.

Great property, but there is no elevator fo people staying on the high-floor units. Our front door handle was somewhat broken but useable. The same for the balcony door. Otherwise, our unit was clean and large. The other complaint was that the air conditioner was quite weak. After blasting it for the whole night, the temperature in the room only dropped from 26.3 to 25.2 degrees Celsius.

Great place. Locorotondo is a beautiful town. Some many option to eat. A lot of places to go. We stayed for 2 weeks and really enjoyed every moment. Roberto and his staff are wonderful people.

The kitchenette could do with a few extra bits if you really want to self-cater eg chopping knives and board, drying up cloths, better labelling on the hob. However there are so many catering options you don’t need to eat in unless you prefer to. There are lots of shops and a reasonable supermarket within walking distance as well as the market on Friday morning. Parking is free and easy. The bed was super firm - too hard for us but not lumpy etc. The building is one of the oldest in the village and full of quaint features and there are restrictions in what can be done with it. This means it is both beautiful and also not allowed to install external air conditioning units. So the unit that is allowed is more of a fan. However as it is a cooler room anyway it is much cooler than outside so not unbearable but also not as cool as full air conditioning. There is so much to see within walking distance and lots of very pretty towns a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the place to stay in Locorotondo! Spacious and well-located and it has a spectacular view. And of course Roberto was EXTREMELY helpful. What a wonderful person!

We really enjoyed our stay at the angel apartment, fantastic central location !
The receptionist who showed us to our apartment was very welcoming, friendly and informative. However the staff serving breakfast could do with a few lessons in hospitality!!! We did not feel at all welcome for breakfast, it felt as though we were disturbing them, they were not at all forthcoming when making hot drinks. The atmosphere in the breakfast room was not good which was a shame.

Charming historic location. Well appointed rooms. Helpful staff. A fine breakfast included-great way to start a day of exploring Valle d'Itria from a convenient location.
I highly recommend. I would return if I was in Puglia again.

Great property and location in the heart of Locorotondo. My only suggestion is to have a second person at reception. The rooms are located in separate buildings therefore the person in reception would have to leave, lockup and accompany guest for checkin. Had to wait outside reception for staff to come back when trying to checkout
